This reminds of a hotshot attempt i was making before i got the achievement. I had managed to pin my ship against the sun station and was trapped in orbit around the sun with it. I didnt take in to account the sheer speed required to maintain an orbit that close to the sun as i unbuckled myself from the pilot seat hoping to disembark and float my way in. I then did a little hop by accident and was thrown against the ship log computer. At that point i was completely stuck and i couldnt even meditate since i hadn't found the ability yet
Why does this happen anyway? The ship isn't accelerating relative to us, the momentum and gravity are identical for us and the ship. We should be able to move freely within it
@@nocturnered281its actually a great way to escape the anglers if you screw up in dark bramble. they eat your ship but you get the chance to drop away out of their hearing range and then try again
This reminds me of something that happened to me just today. I had a mod installed that put some planets and stuff some 600-ish km away from the game's main star system. I went all the way out there, had a great time, and just before I decided to come back I accidentally crashed and damaged my ship quite a bit. I quickly landed somewhere safe and repaired the external damage. With the repairs done I lifted off again and set the auto pilot to take me back to a vanilla planet. Little did I know that I had actually overlooked my ship's damaged gravity crystal. I'd never managed to damage it before so I didn't know that was even possible. Anyways, my ship was hurtling back to the Outer Wilds solar system at around 4000 m/s since it's such a huge distance away when I decided I wanted to check something on my ship's computer real quick. So naturally I got out of my seat, yeah? As soon as I did that I immediately found myself almost squashed to death against the back of my ship's interior. With the artificial gravity out and my ship still moving at such a ridiculous speed I was now stuck against the back of my ship until it eventually slowed down some and I managed to fling myself close enough to my ship's gravity crystal to fix it. That was one heck of an adventure.
I once was using quantum space buddies to play with both my brothers. And somehow on Timber Hearth I landed the ship on/inside a tree and it was shaking around like crazy like this. Quantum space buddies also makes Echoes Of The Eye not scary at all because of the silliness of seeing 2 other little hearthians trotting around with an artifact floating in front of them.
i was sent into a fit of giggles over how silly the desperation was in trying to get out of the ship as it fumbles about
Bro was getting slapped around by his own ship😂😂
Same. And then him trying to grab the medkit🤣🤣🤣🤣
i loved seeing the orbital probe cannon flying in so intimidatingly close like that
Omori fan spotted

"DON'T YOU FUCKING DARE COLLIDE."
Some of the most deliberate & measured bludgeoning I've ever seen from a clippingship
So this is how The Vessel got stuck inside of the Dark Bramble.

I recently did hotshot and the hardest part for me was exiting the ship. I was pinned down to every corner of the ship as I orbit the Sun 😆

@@32BitJunkie It's a glitch of the game's physics. it shouldn't happen.
i think you just became the nomai crashing into dark bramble like that
Uh oh!! Looks like you got Vessel'd!
Reminds me of the couple times my partner and I fell through the terrain inside the Stranger.
How did you do that?
@@casualbird7671 Coop mod jank.
I wonder what would have happened if you pressed the eject button
Wait, eject button?
@@nocturnered281 Its small but its there, look around your ship should be to the right of the main control area I think
@@default-xl5fl thanks, now i have new thing to do with a ship, pla... I mean experiment with ejection

We all tried that approach on getting inside the Giant's Deep.
You just recreated the vessel incident lmao
I recently had a similar experience. The bouncing around in the ship like that makes we wish for a 3rd person camera sometimes

Outer Wilds is truly a videogame...jokes apart, its a masterpiece
Oh gravity crystal, we're really in it now...

Space kraken strikes again!
Insert gmod glitch sounds here.
the ship is like: You... complete idiot... I told you... to not... staND UP!!! SIT DOWN!
You gave me the giggles
Yep that's terrifying and awesome at the same time
Please fasten your seatbelts until the ship has come to a complete halt at the station platform. Thank you, and have a very safe day.
This happened to me and I didnt have meditate lol it wa slike on my fourth loop and I was very confused
Perfect landing 😂😂
(Ewan Mcgregor impression): Another happy landing
I thought you were desperately moving the mouse around until I noticed you were playing with a controller lmao
É só uma turbulência, a turbulência:
Your ship turned into a tumble dryer
