  • This 30-minute full body workout will make kids burn calories and grow stronger,!! Kids need daily physical activity to keep their bodies healthy, active and in shape.
    These intense exercises will speed up kids' metabolism to allow their bodies to burn more fat and calories. The routine starts with a nice stretching to warm up the muscles, followed by cardio exercises that will increase the heart rate to burn fat faster and a dynamic exercise on the mat that uses multiple muscles at the same time. This will be done alternately with standing cardio exercises to accelerate the fat-burning process. This awesome workout has everything a good cardio training session requires: lots of action and the guarantee of burning a bunch of calories!
