  • Today's workout will help kids burn calories and fat, lose weight and get slim by performing easy, quick and fun exercises at home!!
    These exercises will get kids moving their bodies to stay active, healthier and in shape. Upper body (arms, chest, shoulders), Lower Body (legs, calves, quadriceps) and Abdominals are all muscle groups that will be involved in these fun home exercises for kids. This workout is a mix of HIIT training, multiple muscle exercises using the weight as resistance, and both standing and mat routines that will help kids perform regular activities easily and with less risk of injuries.
