@RandyMakesCandy I thank you for that information. Thete is another one. M&M candy. I have only seen a few of those recipes, but yours, I trust completely.
I've tried the bain marie, as well as sous vide. If I'm careful, I've found that the microwave works just as well for me as either of the other methods, and is much faster.
Nice Red mixer. . . . .
Thanks! 😊
They look delicious!!!
Much better than I expected. 😊
Milky Way bars are an favorite, and these look great!!! I like justapinch they have great recipes
Absolutely!
Milky Way was my Mother’s favorite candy bar 🌹. Thank you for sharing 👍👍. Stay safe healthy and happy ✝️🇺🇸🍬
What a great memory that is.
The chocolates look delicious! And that comercial with Buster Keaton reminded me of how much I liked his silent movies👍🏼
Thanks! And Buster Keaton was amazing! 😁
Looks so tasty! My favorite candy bar is the Baby Ruth (hint hint😉)
It's on my list, compadre. 😁
Yay! 😋@@RandyMakesCandy
I've always been a huge Baby Ruth fan.
Yum! I see precision dipping tools are back. Maybe I just didn’t notice until now. Are they easier to use than the commercially made ones?
I like them an awful lot. Plus, they're way funnier. 😁
Thanks nice to watch
My pleasure, compadre. 😊
Another success! Have you tried the Milky Way Midnight? The dark chocolate version is much better than the milk chocolate one, imho.
In my book, dark chocolate is almost always better. 😊
Truth.
😊
Me encantó su receta. Tengo que hacerla. ¿Cuál marca de caramelos recomienda?
Yo uso Kraft, pero cualquier caramelo probablemente funcionaría. ¡Gracias por ver! 😊
How would you make bit of honey candy?
I have an episode on Honey Taffy. Is there something else you're thinking of?
@RandyMakesCandy I thank you for that information. Thete is another one. M&M candy. I have only seen a few of those recipes, but yours, I trust completely.
@RandyMakesCandy I have over 300 candies I like
If you're talking about making coated candy like M&Ms, that requires expensive equipment that I don't have. 😕
@RandyMakesCandy I like your professionalism. When I have some extra time I will request some candy recipes
Why use a microwave to melt chocolate? You can do that on the fire with the au bain marie method.
