    You guys did probably the one of the most well filmed amateur documentary drives around Australia I've ever seen, and I'm old enough to be your dad! It was entertaining, educational, humorous and respectful all in one and your family should be proud. So pleased Mazda Australia came to the party!

      @@SandraBlazinic Yeah, a CX-5 would have been better for that job. The back seats folded down, one can sleep fully stretched out and still being within the car. The fuel economy in a CX-5 is much better.

    • @jdb9388
      @jdb9388 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      This is actually the best option, its built for off roading and if they hire a slide in camper they won't pay anything in accommodation, even pimped out Vans don't do as well in the outback

    • @thies7831
      @thies7831 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@jdb9388 Sure, all understood. However, these "bush bashers" become "pedestrian killers" in the cities, where traffic is much denser and more reaction time required. The CX-5 does come as a 4WD, although it is not too popular in that version. Other vehicles are more rugged built and that is what does count.

They're easy to drive, economical and last forever. If you haven't already bought one, get one of those single burner, self igniting butane stoves which take disposable fuel cylinders. They are usually $25 to $35 AUS. in supermarkets, camping suppliers or Bunnings, (what don't Bunnings sell?). Have fun.

    Welcome back to Australia, Kudos to Mazda. totally unrelated, I bought my first ever Mazda (Cx5) about a month ago. I love it. Here is an idea for Mazda, before you leave Australia you both sign the Ute and Mazda randomly gives it to one of your subscribers.

    Welcome back guys! Your in your second home and heading to Tassie this time! I'm so happy for you. Driving up the west coast, I hope you get to stop at Broome and check out Cable Beach - it's an experience. If you're not crunched for time , do a bit more exploration along the way as parts of inland Victoria are quite amazing. The only bad news I have is that you're going to find that things are more expensive in Oz compared to your last trip. All the very best in your new car( Blimey! Well done Mazda Australia - that's amazing!) and have a great time. Hugs.

    Tia & Cheveyo have also done an article about 'Blueberry' on the Mazda AU website if you haven't seen it. It is logical for Mazda to do some easy advertising here! And of a course, although we loved 'Blueberry', a more suitable car for the Outback. Also don't worry, I like that new car, pristine clean engine look too!

    When you go to the supermarket, look for Golden Crumpets. You will need some butter so do it when you have access to a toaster, toast the crumpets until they’re brown on top, pop them onto a plate and add some butter. You can also add jam or Vegemite or peanut butter. Yummy! Crumpets are fun but eat them over a plate so you don’t drip melted butter on yourself. If no toaster, you can use a camping toaster that sits above some red coals.
