I have to say you are truly a inspiration for me. I deal with depression and watching your videos really helps, honestly I have a ducati monster sitting in my garage with lots of miles and maintainence due but fi d myself wanting to explore more and the T7 seems to check the right boxes for me. I'm 54 and will try for a T7 maybe in another month or so. Please continue making awesome videos with your awesome self and want to grow up to be just like you someday..life is just throwing sand in my face so I just wanna go over it Instead for once..🙂
Go for it. I am 55 and I have been suffering with long covid since Sept 21. I couldn't work for 7 months which meant I had to sell my beloved Suzuki DR750 so that I could pay the bills. Got back into work in May 22 and somehow the planets aligned combined with me selling some dormant projects and I managed to get a new world raid. It really picked me up and also helped with my symptoms. I managed to escape the UK on it for a week travelling in France and Belgium. It wasn't easy at times as my symptoms worsen in the afternoon. I managed to mostly ride in my safe window though and thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Can't wait to head off again in the spring👍
Thanks Adam for the video. Your place looks freaking beautiful. I am from France, I do many trips across Europe, we actually met at the European KTM adv rally in Bosnia in 2018 was very nice place to ride, a good ride memory for me ;). Anyway, I will really love riding same kind of places you show in the video. Riding in beautiful Australian forest, across the sea on the beautiful beach etc so could you please tell me which area, places or spots are in this video ? Thanks you Adam 🙏🏻 I wish you all the best and to keep us dreaming of adventure ! See u one day again 😉, Romain
62 is still pretty young mate, be the hero. I’m 67 next month and ride an enduro around South America and have done for years. Remember, these days 60 is the new 40. 👍
I’m 60 too, just found out Adam’s channel. That was inspiring. I started riding off road 2 years ago, now I’m learning how to ride deep sand here in Southern California. Saludos.
it is the same sensation like my old Granpa used to tell me stories from his life. Same peace, same narration tone from the old strong generation. What an inspiration Adam you are. And I am sharing your channel with all my buddies MotoNerds here in Europe! They all end up like me.....unconditional admiration for you!
I wanna be an Australian after watch this video! beautiful footage, great riding and the most important, the camaraderie. ❤ It! keep on living my friend!! I, just bought a T7 -2 weeks ago and I can't wait to ride it down Baja California South this summer. Cheers 🍺
Haha this was even more fascinating for me as I have zero experience riding in the sand! The entire time I was like where on earth is he going with that monster of a bike. And hearing the engine rev in the onboard footage really helps you understand how difficult that is and yet how easy you make that look! And what a trail that! Wowza
If you want to gain deep sand riding experience and you like to travel, try outside Lima, Peru in the desert there - an amazing place with monster sand dunes ("The Tube") and unlimited deep sand desert but fairly close to a major city (Lima). Desert Sport Racing in Miraflores, Peru is a good place to start for some direction to find a local guide and a find a rental moto.
Really is a funny thing how where you grow up and what you get used to changes a persons perspective. As a Canadian and avid outdoorsman, I am used to being out where the bears and wolves live, but I get unsettled when I think about the wildlife in Australia. Totally flipped around.
Adam, thanks for your ADV spirit and all the hard work and coord to bring us along. I’m stunned when I think that we only see a fraction of the ride and your face shows the tough parts we missed. Cheers from S Texas
You're the man! Such a great way to talk, to ride, to enjoy the Adventure.. being italian, whatching you crossing those streets, those mountain of Sand, that Ocean, where i spent two of the most incredible years of my Life, riding a Yamaha XT 600 and then a bicycle, makes me feel home again. Such a beautiful country Australia! Specially WA. Keep goin this way mate! All the best
Jaysus - new subscriber from Ireland mate! I have a T7 Rally '22, the dream is doing even one day of what you seem to do every other day! Love your video quality, the effort you put into getting the shots, editing and just your down to earth Aussie attitude. I should be working but have just consumed a few hours of your content... keep up the good work and keep the T7 videos coming...
Love it Adam! Been watching for 10+ years now since your video with Hollis on the 350 EXC-F which I currently own a 2013. Been looking at the T7 since it came out and you have only helped me confirm my decision that I will own one soon. Thank you! Love your content! Keep it up and stay safe!
I thought that scenery looked pretty reminiscent of home. Glad to see someone from south west of WA doing well online. Albany to Esperance is pretty much my local hangout with a few trips out walpole way too.
Just watching your videos brings back memories of my late teens, early twenties when i spent more time sleeping in a tent than in a house. The Ozark mountains called me and I stayed on the road as much as I could. Then married and my wife jumped on with me. I'm 64 now and feeling that itch. Luckily I'm in perfect health. My good friend is going to sell me his Honda 300 rally to get back in the swing then I'll be getting a T7 or Husky. I've looked at the GS, ridden a few and while I love them, I don't feel they suit my riding style. Like you I enjoy going off road for real.. not just gravel roads.
Bush Chook 😂 I guess any beer will taste good after all that sand riding. Beautiful part of the world down there in Walpole and so well shot. Great vid. Inspiring me to get out there and do some moto camping.
I know my home turf when I see it especially when its West Oz dune riding. My weapons of choice were the old school Yamaha TTR250 and the ultimate dune ripper the Yamaha Raptor 700 quad. You learn real quick if your not balanced and powering through deep sand you'll get bucked off like a horse. The raptor has a similar engine and its just got torque in every gear. Great stuff mate!!!
Perfect all around. Your T7, your riding skills, the scenery is absolutely beautiful, and your videography is top notch. Cheers from Wisconsin USA. I have money down on a blue T7, hope to pick it up May 2024.
How cool is riding without having to look back, no rear view mirrors on the ADV. Just love the thought. In my part of the world just can't imagine that. Awesome video as always, Adam never ceases to impress. Godspeed
Even with mirrors I always glance over my shoulder before making a move on the road. But otherwise, like life, just focus and charge forward my friend.
South of Shannon River? Beautiful spot. I was out toward Walpole a few days ago and once I get these tyres, I'm definitely heading back from Albany to find some of these trails. We are so lucky to live in such a beautiful spot. Keep on doing what you do Adam. I keep dreaming I'll bump into you down here at some point! Love your vids so much mate. Your wisdom and experience is something I soak up like a sponge!
6:05 sweet spot, love the advice for riding in sand too. i tend to take it too cautiously and of course, i am stuffed afterwards from battling the stupid bike ;)) fabulous riding through that sand and tight tracks
Listened to your advice to ad more lightness into my luggage. Sent me paniers in retirement. Can’t tell it’s improved my off-road skills but as ham fisted as i am I can tell it’s becoming more enjoyable to ride. Cheers from Germany
Beautiful, I see why you advise to travel, light! Most Ténéré owners stay mostly on the road because of where we live. You made a good choice👍🏴🏴
Amazing few days out to tear up some sand and dirt, you could tell that gent had those single tracks burned after years of ripping on them …. Hope your farms remains unscathed Adam. God Bless 👍🏻
The drive onto the beach is spectacular. The sand incredible. Still feel lucky to be here in Northern Utah but there is plenty to envy about Western Austrialia. Ride on.
Repost mate? All good - it’s still awesome the second time round thanks AR. I’m in QLD but watching your footage of WA I need to make a trip over. Stay safe mate look forward to some Warhorse adventures 👍
I have watched two of your videos, and dude, they are such a fun to watch and I am so impressed by your riding skills. Thanks for the entertainment and greetings from Germany.
Easy to underestimate fuel usage in deep sand. I ran out just before Misied in Morocco riding a KTM890 Rally on a Dakar piste up from Smara in Western Sahara! I now use a Kriega tank bag to carry 2L on my T7...
Another great video helping us mere mortals keep the stoke. Followed your advice and ditched the heavy bike racks and went with soft panniers. Melted one of the straps but, luckily I had to foresight to use a self-taping screw as backup insurance. Added a few more and made it out and back. Also, bought a new lightweight sleeping bag and blow-up pillow. Made the ride so much more enjoyable.
Very cool to see you down here in Walpole and surrounds. Some awesome riding trails in these great forests and along the coastline. Very lucky to live down here and ride these tracks every weekend. Stay safe in the fires mate. My crews were up there for the week, glad it is now contained and controlled. Thanks for another great video. 👍Hopefully see you on the road one day.
Thanks for another awesome video Adam. I had a bit of a Revelation watching this one; Trip from Brisbane - Perth(to see my Big Bro), with a few days exploring the West coast while over that way. In all honesty, watching such a capable rider such as yourself doing it tough in the sand, makes me somewhat comfortable in the fact that I battle on my 'Big Girl' (KTM 1090). Keep the awesome videos coming mate, truly inspiring :)
It's nice when people appreciate the journey and perhaps even get some insight into what these bikes are capable of. Even if I wasn't making a video, this is the type of ride I would do with this bike ... I like that it can take me places beyond the usual access of vehicles.
Great story, great shots, great bike. Interesting to see that tiny air filter for that big twin. Shows what the engineers where thinking about on road off road riding. More road than dirt for most folks? Cool to see what the T7 will do in the hands of a good rider.

hey Adam you are truly the best photographer and my favourite Perth rider you're an inspiration to me hope to see you at the 2023 brookten pony express!
The sand there is super deep. I got bogged on a dune in Hawke National park near Pemberton. Took nearly the entire day to dig the jeep out of the crater that I made.
Let my uncle buy me the same gas stove+cups from Finland Biltema and bring them to Estonia. The gas stove truly is small and lightweight plus it fits with gas into the cups! Thank you for that idea!
Oh boy, what would I give to ride with you those tracks! Cant complain really, rode for a year in Mexico, a year in China and did a holiday trip with friends to Moab, USA. But I traveled from Perth north with a LandCruiser through Lancelin 10 years ago and this remembers me a lot about it! But a bike seems so much more suitable for those tracks than a 4WD. Keep up with showing us these great trip! Need to do one also soon, or I am gonna die emotionally ;-)
Wish we all could ride like you mate. 95 percent of adventure bikes are sold to people with a 9 to 5 job. We don’t get to practice as much in order to get so skilled.

'and always start on 2nd gear on the sand' ---> this will stick with me until the end of the riding days! Cheers Riemann!
Hi this was the best to hear from you, I was telling so many guys stuck in sand to use second and not many believed me.
As always. Brilliant cinematography and a great story. At 62 I’m still allowed to have heroes! Great stuff!!
I'm not far behind you at 61, I'm having a blast on my T7.
I'm an armchair motorcyclist (worn out knees) of the same age fellahs and I echo the comments re outstanding production values of this vlog.
Another 60 here. Love watching adams videoing and riding. Don’t ya love WA.

Easily the best adv vids on TH-cam. Thanks buds.
I think this is the first time I've ever seen Adam come close to struggling. Sand is tough on the big girls.
Seems he put it in a ditch in Europe once. Then there was the time we found out he is afraid of wolves in Albania.
Right! super impressive that he can push that big bike all loaded down through that deep beach sand...definitely solid inspiration!
nowadays these drones are pure magic..sharp eyes from the sky ..and the good thing is it follow you..
Still one of my favourites, keep on visiting...that moment you got to the beach, the sound, the visuals, impeccable..just love it!

This is incredible footage. Just a phenomenal and yet relaxed pace you keep, not just with the bike, but with the story.
Dude. You're amazing. You make that deep sand look easy (well, easier). So cool to see you rocking the GL Coyote on this trip!
oohh man this video it was an experience from start to finish, thanks for sharing

Another cracking video Adam, fair play. Sending my best for the bush fires too, hopefully now well under control
Always fun watching your videos :) - fantastic beach and trail drive what an adventure

F legend, thanks for a great video! Appreciate you giving us your experience!!
Awesome adventure! Gotta love our state WA, the South West is magical!
I always had fuel anxiety with my T7. A big clear Safari Tank is reassuring
Gotta love the southwest. Beautiful bush. West is best!
Very nice drone shots ,incredible views , beautiful place.
One more Arileman adventure awesome moto ride. Thanks mate!
As always, great film and editing, with some thoughtful riding tips thrown in.. tho who knows the real story with the 'fully loaded' KLR rider?!?
I know, a total legend no doubt. If I was floating on my own at that point I would have waved him down for a chat.
