When you practice this breathing meditation, you are practicing mindfulness and improving your focus. Mindfulness is being aware. Simply aware of all things that are happening around you and within you. When you complete your mindful meditation, you become aware of the way you think and function as a living being, therefore being able to control your thoughts and feelings. Being calm and maintaining your nervous system is the most useful practice in the world because it gives us the focus that we need for every little thing that we do (even speaking). So once you’re meditation is done and you become mindful of the way you think and breathe (cuz breathing controls your calmness), you’ll be able to draw with no internal distractions. I say “internal distractions” because it’s clearly not external distractions that are hindering your art. It’s the way we function internally… Thank you, Gooblin ;) I’ve learned plenty from this :)

bro are you trying to be funny? or is it natural? either way you're hilarious i been having a really rough time recently haven't smiled in a while but.... you made me smile and laugh every video and i'm only 4 in imma be watching your videos everyday now so informative. i love the polymath stuff too like how you realize art doesn't just mean art there's art in everything like da vinci said question everything it will help with your art well it seems you have a similar approach to him and that's definitely the best person to look up to as an artist he literally was a master at many many things but the reason is because he knew that if he was only an artist that would limit him there's knowledge about everything everywhere it's genuinely insane also i'm not sure if you have but just an idea from someone who likes to experiment you can try experimenting when doing art like da vinci said he used wine as paint to paint an entire picture and charcoal aka burnt wood and also different canvas' anything can be a canvas you can make a rusty car look cool as fuck with the right paint job you feel me?
