    Excellent video but no mention clean regrease guide pins. I always regrease with high temp wheel bearing grease. If pins dry can make caliper hard operation and even sieze up.

    I always wonder though, if someone needs step by step instructions on how to open the bonnet, should they really be encouraged to work on vehicle brakes?

    Nice and clear explanation for the novice but ( nit picking now ) you forgot to mention to unscrew the cap on the fluid reservoir and leave it resting in place so when you wind back pistons the fluid has somewhere to go !!!!

    Do you really need to have a special tool to back off the piston? On other cars there’s just an Allen screw you can back off behind the piston.

    Hy.after change the pads you need to do brake fluid venting?

      If you haven't disturbed the hydraulic system, there should be no need. Just check the fluid level in the reservoir.

    Morning I have a Ford Edge 2016 with a EPB, I cannot get my car to go into maintenance mode, what am I doing wrong

      Are you starting the EPB service mode with the brake in the off position, the instructions don't tell you to do this, so EPB off throttle to the floor hold switch down cycle the ign
      switch as it says and brake will be off
