The world is a mess and this 'society' is and always was an absolute joke. We are living such unnaturall and unfulfilling lives it is beyond belief. Every time I leave my home, I am spending money. whether it is the petrol in my car or buying lunch or groceries, you can't avoid it. I do plenty of walks in my local area, but it has become so mundane and boring. Nobody talks to one another anymore. I pass people every day, they just look blank and expresionless. “Your job is your identity”, I think is causing a lot of people grief. All I hear is nobody wants to work but then everyone is submitting thousands of applications never hearing anything back. If the businesses are so desperate for workers, why don’t they just invite everyone into their office and hire them on the spot??? I smell BS.
@ shanesprecher8290, you’re spot on about the ‘your job is your identity’ statement. I do gig work at almost 50 years old because I had enough of careers and job titles getting overworked, disrespected, bullied, and pit against each other with the gossip -and now have no friends because the first thing this sick society asks you when they engage with you is: “so, what do you do for work?” And if it doesn’t sound like something they “approve”, you can see the look of …“eww 🤮 I want nothing to do with you” on their faces-then want absolutely nothing to do with you. It’s a depressing society getting more and more rotten every day. Tim talks about the seasonal work lifestyle and how is positively different from the traditional/conventional lifestyle in terms that you’ll find more people who are more down to earth because many of them are looking for the same fulfillment and purpose, which is to meet other people and spend more fulfilling time together. I am thinking about taking the plunge. ❤️
So happy I’ve stumbled upon this channel! THANK YOU I bought a coloring book and I have my coloring pencils. I color and draw things in my free time. This activity -among others- makes me incredibly happy.
Im still staying off certain platforms still and focusing on living the way i want and the way that brings me joy. Not this survival mode people seem to be stuck in where they cling onto bad jobs and financial bondage like its the only thing thats going to save them from impending doom or something. I don't understand all the scarcity mindset going on these days. There people thinking we're going to run out of everything (jobs, gas, oil, food, housing, land, money etc). People won't realize it's a scam until they want to realize it. In my opinion..
This video likely taps into a feeling so many of us can relate to. With the world constantly changing-be it through societal pressures, economic instability, or the impact of social media-it’s easy to feel lost. The fast pace of life, combined with the constant need for validation and success, can leave us questioning our purpose. This video probably explores how disconnection from ourselves, our values, and the overwhelming nature of modern life contribute to that lost feeling, and hopefully, it offers insight on how to find direction again

Maybe Jesus is not coming back because it’s a fantasy. Maybe it’s a parable about the human soul that is born pure of a virgin miraculous buried and rejected yet lives forever. Maybe the soul is the source of unconditional self-worth that cannot be found in Jesus. Maybe the soul is infinite and eternal like God is infinite and eternal because they are one and the same.

Demoralized. Discouraged. Despondent at times. Thank you for sharing this. My life fell apart a year & a half ago, I’ve been through hell & I thought by now I’d be doing much better. That gets to me. I’ve been saving to buy a house but it seems so implausible that I really am tempted to just say screw it & drive to New Mexico & start my life over. Idk. But for a few minutes listening to this was helpful so thank you. Your videos are encouraging
Thanks for the common sense advice. Life is complicated, and many of us grew up thinking there were certain other people who really knew what life was about so we followed their ideas and not so much our own, which we devalued in favor of the "really smart ones." But this video is reminding us that it may be time to honor what WE think about what is important and stop giving away that job to others....
The reason people are lonely is because we are spending so much time having limited connections on our devices on social media. It doesn't work and it's changing our brains
Due to all the issues in the world I will be giving up entirely. The strikes, the environment, everything is unsuitable for us a group. We all cannot find purpose or happiness anymore. hope anyone can use these last days to chase their dreams and enjoy themselves. Nothing is the same anymore...
Enjoy your life. Don't worry about all the problems. Even in the worst of times. Sometimes, it's best not to do anything at all. Go outside and live it.
Don't give up sweetie Just run away first whatever you cherish get it put it in a car, and drive just go, everything else will fall into place. Go explore
I believe our Smartphone addiction is a big part of the problem. It promotes a short attention span. Everyone is on their phones while driving, and they're all over the road. I thought driving and listening to music was sufficient, but nope. We all bury our faces in our phones like it's the answer to all our problems.
I agree, it only adds to the disconnect relating mainly through technology, we're lonelier than ever and can't figure out why, social media can't take the place of real human interactions and relationships...it's a lousy, empty substitute
I really love listening to you, man. Your words resonate with me so much. I feel the same and I’m sure most of us do we need to pull together and find a purpose
It's created , fake, synthetic, made so on purpose by the elite master overlords of this Earth. To only care for the dollars, ourselves and no one else . To become good obedient workers for "them" from cradle to grave .
People are spiritually suffering. The spiritual body needs fuel just like the physical body! We feed the physical and are obese but NEVER feed the spiritual. People need God in their life and I ain’t talking about Jesus
Well said, Tim. We need to keep hope alive .We are going through sobering times but hopefully we will come out the other side stronger and more mature in our outlook, seeing the world as it is and not through rose tinted glasses. 🙏🙏
Well said, very relatable! Life seems so paradoxical and ironic right now...we are more connected than ever, but more disconnected. I am introverted, so I enjoy and thrive on alone time but I also value quality connections with people and I do get lonely, especially since I now live an unconventional life outside of the 9-5 Monday to Friday rat race. I think it is important to do what you enjoy and recharges you. Being in nature is never a regret that I have, even if it is a walk through the park. I prefer a simpler, slower life of voluntary simplicity most of the time and a short bout of seasonal or temp work. Thank you for the continued inspiration!
Same here, prefer a slower life and simplicity, and doing seasonal work for part of the year. I'm happy as well, and even more so as I get older, for choosing an unconventional path
Tim, this video is so spot on, and you are on fire lately! 🔥 All such true observations and we all feel it. Let's find strength in being lost and alone, together!
It’s the FINEST themes of any 1980’s soap opera. Greed, money, power, success, war, and corruption!! I tell folks this all the time! It feels exactly a “RE-PLAY” of the 1980’s!!!!!!!!!
Every person I know, poor or wealthy, black or white, feel the same way. It's all about corporations and the stock market! Apparently nothing else matters? It's in your face everyday!! Thanks you made me feel better!
I have been aware and not caring for consumerism for a few years now. When I was younger, the first thing I realized...makeup commercials...showing models 'wearing' the makeup to sell it. same as selling michalangelo paints he used on the chapel. So that was around 50 years ago. Have learned a lot since and completely agree with you. btw I learned about your great channel via McAllisterTV. New subs here.
I can honestly say I HAVE NEVER BEEN LONELY. I am a hermit by nature with social anxiety so I dearly love my ALONE BUT NOT LONELY life. I never crave to be around people, as lovely as some of them are. I'm just not built that way... and so I am very happy to be alone. I honestly don't know what "lonely" feels like nor why people get lonely. I don't believe the world is bad. The world just is. It has good and bad aspects. I simply choose not to participate in it because it does not fulfill me. I have everything I need within myself. That doesn't mean I'm unfriendly. I have never refused to help anyone at any time. Actually, it gives me a good feeling to help people, but I don't feel the need to be amongst people in social settings at all. And I don't understand why other people do. I'm very happy with my own life and the fact that people are generally not dangerous.

If the businesses are so desperate for workers, why don’t they just invite everyone into their office and hire them on the spot??? I smell BS.
Exactly, it's a diabolical mind game out here.
THANK YOU
I bought a coloring book and I have my coloring pencils.
I am too. The fear thats being pushed from spiritual platforms, religious platforms, media platforms is sickening
Been feeling this for months…
TURN TO JESUS CHRIST 🙌 (John 14:6) he knows the plans for each one of us.
I feel Lost and I'm only 40 years old.
I wanna Go to Cheaper Country like Vietnam or Thailand because I just hate Working 9-5 just Paying Bills . I want to bring Color in My Life. United State is Just So Expensive
I'd move to South East Asia in a heartbeat if i had a source of income there
@@colin6673 You can work online self employed, you only need a few hundred $ a month to live in many parts of Asia. If you already have over 50k savings, at 5% interest you could probably almost live off that.
Good luck, it is clear people realise the work slave drudgery isnt satisfying them any longer. look for what makes you and the people you really care about happy. you live in a consumer producer society where health and happiness don't matter.
@colin6673 Be an English Teacher online, alot of kids all over over asia want to able to learn Speaking English Specially Japan. So many Westerners doing this.
I know a Guy now living at Bali Indonesia.
He is making Dollars while he only paying Cheap Drinks 🍸 in Bali as Cheap as $2 per Drink
A 2 bedroom 1 bath will only cost you $400
I thin the system here will crumble. It must. Unsustainable.
Tim no matter what I'm going through you provide me hope !
I love listening to these types of topics. It makes you think deep not just on a surface level
It's SO much better starting your own business doing what you enjoy. You get all your own money. And I've learned how good it feels to resist buying anything I don't really need and get rid of what I have doing yard sales.
Build a life around what you enjoy doing. Seems so simple yet so hard to achieve these days 😂. Simple, yet profound!
Totally agree with ya Tim!!!! Why I retired 2 years ago at 59!!!! Financially set and staying rural living!!!!!
I've been a long time subscriber (back when you had 5,000 subscribers). I haven't been on your channel in a minute but really appreciate your ability to critique and challenge the status quo. Also, loved 'greed-faltion' 😂 Thanks for the insights!
Jesus is returning soon. He is the answer we need.
Thank God
Maybe Jesus is not coming back because it’s a fantasy. Maybe it’s a parable about the human soul that is born pure of a virgin miraculous buried and rejected yet lives forever. Maybe the soul is the source of unconditional self-worth that cannot be found in Jesus. Maybe the soul is infinite and eternal like God is infinite and eternal because they are one and the same.
You are still waiting?😀😀😀😀 How soon is "soon"? It's been 2000 years and counting. No Jesus Christ superstar in sight. How much longer?;
Everyone says that every generation.. just saying
@@RedLegPiper and what does this Jesus look like? No bible quotes. If he showed up today would you recognize him, without having seen him previously?🤔🤔 Too much yapping and rambling, without any supporting evidence
At times in our journey, lost is exactly where we need to be. ❤ I absolutely love your heart Tim. 8:06 keep living----.
Thank you Tim
I totally agree.... I just quit one of my jobs to focus on living.... 💯❤️
You are a true light in this world. I am glad I found you and subbed.
That background, tho. 😊❤ Keep spreading positivity, Tim. I (we) need it! 🙏🏾
What a wise man, wish you were my neighbor. Needed the pep talk
Thank you sir! ❤
Keep fighting my friend! And hey, New Mexico doesn’t sound like a bad plan either 😂
May I ask you what your life fell apart ? A break up? Illness?
This man just said everything I have been thinking and put it in words ! This is a " great " video, thanks for posting, everyone needs to see this 👍🏆.
I needed this. Thank you
Thanks for the common sense advice. Life is complicated, and many of us grew up thinking there were certain other people who really knew what life was about so we followed their ideas and not so much our own, which we devalued in favor of the "really smart ones." But this video is reminding us that it may be time to honor what WE think about what is important and stop giving away that job to others....
Beautiful response! ❤️💯
❤
The reason people are lonely is because we are spending so much time having limited connections on our devices on social media. It doesn't work and it's changing our brains
Yep, you're right, Timothy. ❤
Due to all the issues in the world I will be giving up entirely. The strikes, the environment, everything is unsuitable for us a group. We all cannot find purpose or happiness anymore. hope anyone can use these last days to chase their dreams and enjoy themselves. Nothing is the same anymore...
Keeping you in my thoughts 💭 and prayers and wishing you all the best
Enjoy your life. Don't worry about all the problems. Even in the worst of times. Sometimes, it's best not to do anything at all. Go outside and live it.
Don't give up sweetie Just run away first whatever you cherish get it put it in a car, and drive just go, everything else will fall into place. Go explore
Thank you Tim I needed a talk ❤
I believe our Smartphone addiction is a big part of the problem. It promotes a short attention span. Everyone is on their phones while driving, and they're all over the road. I thought driving and listening to music was sufficient, but nope. We all bury our faces in our phones like it's the answer to all our problems.
I agree, it only adds to the disconnect relating mainly through technology, we're lonelier than ever and can't figure out why, social media can't take the place of real human interactions and relationships...it's a lousy, empty substitute
I love Colorado and i agree with you, what you perceive.
I see that colorado shirt, Tim! Lived here my whole life! Such a beautiful state!!!
I needed this. Thanks!
I really love listening to you, man. Your words resonate with me so much. I feel the same and I’m sure most of us do we need to pull together and find a purpose
Thanks for this Tim, much love from UK ❤
So thankful I saw this video…I’ve been wondering if I’m the only one that feels exactly what you’re describing 👍
The illusion of separation is quite powerful! Thank you for this expression :)
It's created , fake, synthetic, made so on purpose by the elite master overlords of this Earth.
To only care for the dollars, ourselves and no one else .
To become good obedient workers for "them" from cradle to grave .
Timothy, I disagree with many of your views, but you're a beacon of hope in this world. Keep doing what you're doing.
This was awesome! Thank you
You’re so right! Everything shifting for the better, though a lot of people suffering with uncertainty.
Shifting for the better?.???? I am not seeing that.
@@cliffkonkle3467me neither
Message received Sir!! Didn't know I needed to hear this very specific message today. Thank you for taking the time to share.
Always appreciate your take. Thanks man
Bang on Tim 👍🏻
I dont know when i saw the titel of the video, i was like yeah a synchronicity from the universe. Admire your positivity and optimism Tim.
dam Tim. never fail to speak words that resonate w me 🙏🏽 glad you made it back home bro!
Thank you very much, Pastor Tim, for this very inspirational reminder!
👍🏾
Tim, this video is so spot on, and you are on fire lately! 🔥 All such true observations and we all feel it. Let's find strength in being lost and alone, together!
Thank you so much, going through a painful seperation now. you allwas put me in a better frame of mind
It’s the FINEST themes of any 1980’s soap opera. Greed, money, power, success, war, and corruption!! I tell folks this all the time! It feels exactly a “RE-PLAY” of the 1980’s!!!!!!!!!
This was very nice to hear now 💜
Thank you for the positive video, mindset is everything.
This is my favorite TH-cam channel I love the positivity 👏👏👏☀️😁
Thank you so much! I’m glad you are enjoying the channel!
Thank you Timothy, I love your talks so much. I have to find you when you are live. Please do more talks. I miss you.
Every person I know, poor or wealthy, black or white, feel the same way. It's all about corporations and the stock market! Apparently nothing else matters? It's in your face everyday!! Thanks you made me feel better!
Thanks Tim:)
