    ✨🫶🙏🏻🫶✨ cheers to movement ladies!! Tina 🙏🏻😌🫶 all my Love and Respect, Tonya 🫶🫶 yes being safe in your body is Key! My movement has been my physical job forever. But now I’m not as physical, but I’ve invested in a vibration plate 🥰🥰 dang ladies, I am on it Every morning for at least 20 mins, and that’s where I listen to my affirmations and such. But I’m pretty sure I’ve mindfully moved and released more energy and trama in the last 6 months, then I have my whole life. ✨Bless✨ you Beauties for saying the things we are all working through 😘😘 and from a Generator point of view. Moving that stuff out is totally satisfying 😏💖

    I have been drumming and meditating, as moving is still too painful (getting a little better) and makes my illnesses worse. I really miss walking in the winter!

      What if you "count" the movement you already do? Like cleaning your house, walking to/from your car, etc. It all adds up!
