I don't know exactly what it was, but this video felt like a big jump in production quality; not that it was lacking before! Love the videos, the storytelling has gotten so good, and I really appreciate your in the moment reactions. Thanks for taking us along with you!

Great video. Don't be afraid to slow pace videos down and make a bit longer. It felt rushed. I couldn't keep up seeing all the 35 beautiful dishes, but still, fantastic coverage.
Maybe watch Mr. Beast tips for thumbnails and how to trick TH-cam algorithm. You deserve a larger audience base. Keep up the fantastic work.

I've visited that place twice in the last 5 years. The second time was because we thought our first experience was just a fluke and deserved another chance.
Unfortunately, the second visit was just as disappointing. I prefer a six or eight-course meal where everything is flavorful, portions are generous, and served at the right temperature. However, due to the extensive preparation required, much of the food ended up being lukewarm or cold. Additionally, the service made several mistakes on both occasions. They even forgot to serve a course during the second visit. When I inquired about it, they insisted we had already received it, but that wasn't true. We only got it after dessert when I persisted. Quite odd.
We've encountered similar experiences in the rest of Spain as well. El Celler can Roca, Arzak, AbAc, Mugaritz, Noor, Aponiente, and Aquelarre were all disappointing. On the other hand, Quique Dacosta, DiverXO, and Disfrutar were impressive. They offered great value for the price and truly lived up to the three Michelin star standard.
One of the most memorable meals I've had recently was at Noor restaurant in Groningen, in the north of the Netherlands. They're already performing at a two-star level in my opinion, despite only receiving their first star three months after opening. On my last visit, I believed they deserved at least two stars, and if they maintain their standards, they'll likely earn a third star somewhere in the future!
If you ever find yourself in the Netherlands, I highly recommend trying out 212 in Amsterdam, Tribeca in Eindhoven/Heeze, and Spectrum in Amsterdam. They're fantastic spots well worth a visit.

Hey just found your videos and loving the content. I think you've improved a lot at explaining the restaurants and dishes since the start. Feel like you could spend just a bit more time describing the textures and flavors rather than subjective takes.

What camera and camera lens do you use to take the pictures of the plates? They are amazing!

El Cellar is still excellent but quite honestly it's been overtaken IMO. Disfrutar and DixerXO are the kings of Spain now.
El Cellar deserves praise for its ambition, experimentation, and for being surprisingly affordable (by 3* standard and considering all its awards). It's just a bit too experimental for its own good sometimes and a little inconsistent given the number of courses.

My input is purely from the content of the video. Reactions lead me to believe that there is nothing good to come from 35 items on a menu. Severe editing of that menu would be my first action/reaction. They are trying for too much in a single sitting. That app stick with the historic journey was enough to push my grammerly button and made me want to stop the story. I enjoy special meals. But again when the tastings are so fast and so varied something gets lost. For me it was the intended story. I don't want a meal that reminds me of Widipedia. I'd rather a focused roaming through a storyline that provides a meaningful engagement that makes me want to come back for the next story. I, for one, was underwhelmed.
