Aaah, memories! My family used to own CHS... 1977-1978. A short year, but a fun one! My dad bought it almost sight-unseen when his realtor buddy described it to him and the window of opportunity opened briefly, so -- he snatched it up! It was before all the renovations were done. My dad built us a zip line. It was paradise for a kid as I was in 5th/6th grade at the time. My dad, sisters, brother, and I would scrub out the pool each week and help clean the dressing rooms. We loved it up there and don't return as often as we'd like. Looks like they've created a wonderful place with so many upgrades that we couldn't have done. It's a real gem! Thanks for this video... I'm just now discovering it.

This is the only Hot Springs I know off in the world that opens at 12:00 noon! SAD, SO MANY EARLY SOAKERS THAT JUST WANT AN HOUR OF THERAPY HAVE BEEN DISGARDED FOR FAMILIES ALL DAY ENTERTAINMENT. Also the price is the steepest I have ever paid. I miss the old days here and would come back if they really wanted to be a world class resort instead of an overpriced swimming hole.

Stinky, filthy place. Every year this place gets worse and worse. And the main reason for that is a bad manager. It's not for nothing they say that fish rots from the head, so this place rots from the manager, Adam. There's dirt, stench and ruin everywhere. Hair in the water in the pool, in the toilets, in the showers. Everything around the pools is dug up. The parking lot is just a mess of mud. You know that the manager turns off the power in the outlets on weekdays and you can not, for example, dry your hair using a hair dryer. According to the manager, you do not deserve to have electricity on weekdays. The staff is very rude. They just ignore questions as their manager encourages them to do so. He himself is very rude and ignorant. Directly says that it is you who are not worthy of his answer why there is no electricity or dirty water. If you don't like it then just leave and don't come back. On weekends this place is hell in general)) don't recommend it to anyone. Stay off this property, to quote the words of the manager.

Stay away. Dirty toddlers bathing and athletes foot fungi in the changing stalls.
