Nice try... But plants aren't sentient. They have no nervous system. They can't feel pain. They aren't aware and conscious. Furthermore - We can't live without eating them - Even *IF* they could suffer - That suffering would be caused at least out of necessity for survival - We MUST eat plants to live. The same can't possibly be said about flesh eating - At least not in advanced cultures anyway. Next...

And now you know why milk and meat is so expensive.. Its a LOT of work and expense to raise a bottle calf to adult stage.
