    😲 Wow! I have never tried to bury my foot position when doing leg extension. I can't wait to tackle it today. I really hope you don't get caught up in thinking that everybody knows everything because we don't I'm 4 years old been working out on and off since I was a teenager and I had never seen that before I knew two very my foot position when it comes to seated calf raises. But again never when it came to the leg extensions and I'm also looking forward to doing a burnout today with some goblet squats. Thanks for sharing what you know!

    Just had acl surgery with hamstring graft. My quads are very weak and this is exactly what i been searching for. Hoping to even out the strength in both legs.

    4:02 i've clocked that if i dont tense my glutes... it really hurts my knees. i'll start off doing about 40kg till im warm then 55kg. I also do one leg at a time... should i just get knee wraps?

      Incorporate proper stretching! As a chronic knee pain sufferer (at 26 lmao) stretching has really taken my workouts to the next level tbh.
