You explained how to set it up, install the Sherpa software, and showed the sound difference from varied distances. Step by step, you gave me the confidence that I shall have the best sound for my podcast. Thank you!
I'm honestly amazed by how in depth this review is. Switching back and forth between the modes and mics, messing with the gain, giving us sound from all the way around and increasing distances away; I'm super impressed. Thank you!

Did you ever happen to do anything on ways to spot certain counterfeit mics. I just ordered my Blue from a seller on EBay. They are labeled as an authorized dealer but (and I should have thought of this first) they also have an Amazon page and one review has labeled them unreliable and counterfeit... just curious how an authorized dealer could be authorized if they sell counterfeit products??

Just a quick note, I’ve owned this thing for about 9 months and after a while without a boom arm the microphone will permanently depress the prongs in a micro usb and make it fall out very easily

Most people me included want it for the portability. I already have the yeti pro but wanted something more portable easier to just use and carry around if needed

im not really of a streamer so I would 100 percent get the Nano instead of the original because as you said if im just looking for speaking it would be wiser for the nano instead. this helped a lot, thank you.

It definetly provides plenty of gain for the mic so the noise floor is quite small, however I don't know if it's the cut just before 5khz, but something in the frequency response is lacking. If you didn't get all the extra features I don't think it really is worth a $100. Go Q2U!

Your video stays relevant forever, well I hated your look in the beginning and thorough explanation but now I trust only podcastage for microphone reviews but in fact I compare your audio to other channel's audio, your audio as standard to know whether they are doing genuine review or fake.
Great review. In response to your comments wondering why a 1/4" mount? Well... 1/4" mount is the main reason we had for buying this. We have a mix of different stands for audio/video/podcasting/studio and this gives us more flexibility for almost any mounting need. All side address mics should do this.

I'd throw in the extra $30 for the big Yeti. It sounded better in your little comparison, it's got better build quality, and multiple modes that I may find useful in the future. Besides, you can get a used Yeti on Ebay for $100 easy.

Weirdly enough, I prefer the sound of the Yeti Nano over the normal Yeti. It just sounds warmer, even if there isn't as much detail

In all the videos where you advise against the Yeti, you sound awesome on the Yeti.
