Imo its pretty standard quality for budget mics. Its great value with all the accessories. But i can tell through my phone speaker that it has a very muddy sound. Idk of its intentional or not, but it has a lotta focus on mids.
I own the ST-900 and I wouldn't recommend either of the mics. While it has decent sound and it's a full kit, there's issues with background noise and the gain adjustment on Windows doesn't actually adjust the gain; it only adjusts the output. This means you will clip even if your mic is at 1%, and your background noise will never go away. The pop filters aren't good either.
@@fattymc.fattyface6944 You definitely get the quality you pay for with these budget mics. Can the hyperx be connected directly into your pc via jack or do you need additional equipment?
What mike did you used at the beginning of your video and where it was hidden? Just wondering as sounds the best out of them. Thanks
all mices sound so diffrent pretty cool to hear
Why keep the background on music for the mic tests?
Watching from my phone I think the Rode and El Gato sounded the best
The Rode definitely sounds best
I’m kinda upset you didn’t include the Samson G track Pro! Definitely a top contender for the price point and better sounding too
There are many other mics that should've been included, can't add them all :/ will include that with the epos and the new beacn mic in a future vid
@@TheVideoNerd been following for a long time! Love the videos, I just personally am not a fan of yeti and would rather see the Samson g track pro ONLY because I think not enough people talk about it
Video Mic Go 2 should have definitely been on this list. Sounds better than all these imo.
@@Dracomies this rode is ok....
@@maciejlechpaczkowski8717 imho It's better than the USB mics posted in this video. Even holds it own against XLR mics: th-cam.com/video/qNzxlTcGDRI/w-d-xo.html
I just wanted you to know that the razor seiren v2 pro is a top address microphone
So the cheapest one is actually the only one which comes with mic-arm?
this guy's video structure is all over the place....
Hello. Can you recommend a microphone for live broadcasting and dubbing? A room that prefers to record broadcast recording in a normal home room will not be used. I would even appreciate it if you could give me the session fee, if possible. My total budget for sound card and microphone is 1.000$.
Okay Im sold, gonna get the sudotack. Thank you for the great video, TVN!
Lang gewacht, was het wachten waard 🔥🔥 dit was precies wat ik nodig had
The Razer Seiren Mini Sound much Better with a Boom Arm.
Also i would Like to see a Comparison Between the Razer Seiren Mini, the HyperX SoloCast and the Sudotack ST-800, all Three with a Pop Filter and a Boom Arm
Great review, i want to use your amazon links, but the one for "Sudotack ST-800" doesnt seem to work. I thought i should let you know.
Best usb gaming microphone? for 150 or cheaper
This video was very helpful to compare
Some of them definitely sound better than the sudotack mic
Glad you think so!
The sudo track had some poping and clicking sounds
I still didnt get my answer? 😯
I make shorts, tiktoks, long form YT vids and sometimes stream and I need a good quality mic thats worth it for under 150$?
Which one of these are the best for my area? 🤨
Blue Yeti X definitely sounded the best (in standard mode).
I just think the hyperx mic looks pretty. But hey its pretty dang good.
Question - if I enable some effects & settings on windows using the RØDE Connect software. Will it be carried over to other devices, like my PS5 or iPad. Bcz I cannot install any software on those devices to control this mic. Please can you answer???
I am looking forward to this only on my PS5 for streaming, gaming recording. I saw that this has a NOISE GATE built in which is triggered by the software. And software is only on Windows & Mac. So what I'm thinking is, I'll connect this mic to my windows laptop, enable noise filter & then take this to my PS5/ipad. But i need to know if the setting done on windows software will work on ps5/ipad.
Really Love Your Videos ❤️
What was the main mic you used to make the video?
Wow. 5 star review. Great Video!
Dang.. sound wise, I love how blue yeti sounds.
