Maybe this is an underrated feature, but at least for people with glasses, I feel like the Sonos Ace fits the best and is the most comfortable. I've noticed that with the Sony WH-1000XM5 particularly, it can get pretty uncomfortable when I'm wearing glasses, and the clamping force won't be enough to where the noise cancellation will sound very poor because the glasses are breaking the seal. Whereas what I've noticed with the Sonos Ace is that the ear cups are more flexible and are able to still maintain a really good seal even with wearing glasses, while still being super comfortable, which is something that I've not really experienced when wearing noise cancelling headphones in the past. Because of this, I find that the Sonos Ace are sound the best and have the best NC when wearing glasses, in my specific use case.
Might have missed it but seems you did not mention the Ace TV swap? ... the update for all the soundbars came out this week allowing Ace to connect over wifi and works pretty well... should maybe do a video on that if you get one of soundbars
Active noise cancellation it suffers? I own this and xm5 and sennheiser momentum 4. This by far is slightly better than Sony xm5.. you’re one of the very very few who thinks it struggles. It is by far one of the best noise cancellation. Almost all reviewers rave about its noise cancellation
agreed. I think he's assuming boomier means better bass but that's not accurate in my opinion. The Ace sounds far cleaner and I owned both the ace and xm5
I used autoeq using Jamesdsp and it's sounds good to me after the eq Overall xm5 are overpriced but definitely good headphones and I suppose better @@kwalji0430
Hey, I need your help. I recently purchased a JBL PartyBox Club 120 speaker, and when it's turned on and in idle mode without playing any music, I noticed a constant noise coming from the tweeter. This noise is only audible when I place my ear close to the metal grill where the tweeter is located. Can you check if the same thing happens with your model or any JBL PartyBox speaker you currently own? Please let me know.....
I genuinely believe this guy just hates Sonos I have tried Sonos xm4 and 5 Sonos are nice and loud clear and I have never had an issue they are great when you just want to switch over to the Tv or gaming the physical buttons are brilliant

Once again, very informative and detailed video. Thank you.

I like the aces case form factor but I’m not a fan of the felt material

Sorry but Ace sounds great to me. That lack of bass is a better bass response. Bose and Sony are too boomy

Sonos are very very good. This guy doesn't know what he's talking about

Try to syncronise your phones and the speakers sounds
Sony xm4’s bass is disappointing to me
So either i have a faulty one/fit or the sonos ace is really going to dissapoint me 😅
I agree they sound horrible.. lol the bose qc ultra sound 10x better.
I returned the QC Ultra and kept the Ace and XM5... Ace sounds best to me lol
