Thank you from the Netherlands for doing these videos in English. It seems like we have a lot in common with you in Denmark: climate, mostly flat roads, cobbled village streets. Your videos are so much more valuable to me personally than those from UK or US sources because you show pretty much how those cars would perform for me. So "Tusind tak".
My comments 04:00 the buttons in my Born are not Haptic, you have to physically press each one, very easy to use. AC controls at night, yes I totally agree, however, before getting in the car, active the ac from your phone, set it to 20 degrees and it warm (or cooled down) within 5 mins, I’ve hardly touched air con controls once in the car. Rear view, something I’ve never noticed, could always remove the middle headrest. Regen, how many area actually buying this car as a hot hatch, hardly any, most I see are driving centre cars! Frunk, never been used to one in 25 years of driving, would rather have a smaller car than a Frunk, of course, more space would be handy. I really love the car, I even like the infotainment, the negatives I have are really easy to forget about. Thanks for the review.
Thanks for the inputs. I my self have enjoyd the paddelshifters in Both my Skoda Enyaqs and also loved the frunk in my Tesla Model Y. But thats offcourse individual 😊 Thanks for watching
@@jimirosa Of course, if you buy a car over 4.7 meters long, you get more storage space, you also pay for it, and in my case, it doesn’t fit in the garage. This is a different class of car and can not really be compared.
@@jimirosa i find this a big negative thing for Born. Unlike with Tesla, where one could be looking forward to an update to such system, I bet VW does not plan and bigger improvement to the infotainment system for the current generation of vehicles. We are (and will be) stuck with this buggy and slow system that is nowhere near Tesla's UI or the Volvo's/Megane's Android Automotive based one. Big negative, not positive!

oh yeah! no glass roof. That is a winner for Australia
I have heard it from several people. Not something you think about in the cold north 😂🥶
Thanks for watching.
Haptic in English. Tic rather than tish😊 excellent review.
Thank You so much 🙏🤩

Nice car, but as with all VW group EVs, it’s £5k too expensive for what you get
With Tesla's new prices, everything is probably too expensive. But I agree.
Cheaper is better
Android Automotive will not be implemented on the actual MEB cars.
I have not seen any documentation for or against this. Have You?
Id3 with a tribal tattoo 😂
Yup 😂👍
Weird to love Android Automotive which is not yet in this car 🤨🤷🏻
But I know the system from Polestar, Volvo and Renault 😉
@@jimirosa ok but you cannot love this about the Born if it is not in it ! 🤷
I think you misunderstood me. I'm exited about it coming to the car...
@@jimirosa I get it but still makes no sense to me why you talk about that as a thing you love about the Born
Cupra = VW ID + some extra, cheap bling bling plastic... VW is kaput!
In my view, VW is just giving customers an opportunity to buy the same car with a different expression.
