Shirley MacLaine, another narcissistic bad Hollywood mother. Her neglect of her daughter was disgusting. Although I will always look at distaste on Elizabeth for what she did to Debbie Reynolds, at the same time I feel she was more childish than narcissistic, and didn't know any better. I can't say the same for Shirley's conduct.

Robert Lee, Countertenor I agree, except that we can't judge if they have been horrible or not in their personal life. Also, they are human and imperfect just like us. Most of us don't like anybody judging us, but are quick to judge others.
HOW the hell do you know her life?! ALL GOOD, WORKING parents make sacrafices for/ at the expense of their children! Hepburn said it best, "YOU CANNOT HAVE IT ALL!" MOTHERS and some dads make choices EVERY day regarding work and/or children,such as, "Do I go to work to be able to pay bills? OR, Do I stay home because my child has a stomach ache?" Maybe you have no kids.
