I am obsessed with rabbi Alon anava!! he's so different from other rabbis he does not hide information, and he explain everything with logic and love, and not say we have to do things just because !

And SO AM I! He’s the one who’s “CRYING OUT IN THE WILDNESS” of our time! I Pray asking HASHEM for EXTRA MEASURES OF STRENGTH, HEALTH, PEACE, JOY and all BLESSINGS in order for Rabbi Anava to be able to do what HASHEM has called him to do here in these last days. Along with the same for his family and loved ones! May those that sit under his Holy Teachings that their SPIRITUAL EARS AND EYES would be opened to HEAR WHAT HASHEM IS SAYING TO THEM THROUGH RABBI ANAVA’S mouth! From my heart I ask these things for Rabbi Anava…
To you, Batel Zimmerman, HASHEM has Blessed YOU WITH EARS TO HEAR! BLESS YOU AND YOURS!
      BARUCH HADHEM!
      Shalom

Also very important to be careful about gummies and gelatin...some are made from pigs tendons. Only eat the vegetable one. Still i avoid because of colouring. Too artificial

It's translated into "The Bedtime Shema" in English. You can find it in most sidurim but if not, try to get the full version from someone as the complete version may not be on the internet. It's a very powerful and pleasant prayer to assert before retiring for the night.
