I was deported to israel ,having noone out here then and still now is rough. I worked through pesach because i needed the money and prayed that my hardships get easier.god answered me and said i have to learn to live as a minimalist and i asked if he can help me learn how to do that. When i recieved my payment for working through pesach i learned that it was somehow taken from me by a credit card company that was a whole story in itself.but when that moment came so much fury anger and emotions came through me and continue to go through me at times till this day. I never fought for my money back because in my heart i know its god teaching how to live minimally and well at the same time teaching me the valuable lesson of learning to let go and transmute negative forces.the lesson to be learned from this speech is very urgent in this day and age

I think it can be right for little things that step on the ego, but what about serious trauma, even for years, as sexual or psicological abuses (even by the parents) and so on? I think, it is not so easy to forgive, it can even blame the victims, making them the bad ones, for not forgiving immediately... Forgiving needs the person who did a bad thing to be humble and change his or her behaviour, if not, the abuse will probably go on...
