Dear Rabbi, I live by the Genesis 1:29 diet, + no coffee, no alcohol, no cigarettes. I prioritize restful sleep, avoid negativity, and practice humility. I stay disconnected from phone , not at all social media, never sick, uninvolved in the destructive habits of society, observing from outside the scene around, living a disciplined free life. I learn Torah regularly , keep many mitzvot (including Shabbat). I remember dreams-many of which have provided crucial guidance through lucid visions. Life is FREEDOM when you embrace Torah. i know this may sound strange to most, but if one turns off electricity and WiFi in one's house while sleeping, your dreams will go into hyperdrive. they bth permeate the body/brain and cause disruption in the bodies natural process . . . yea, i roller my eyes too when i was first told this.

I have a very on point relationship with my dreams, last night I dreamt of a small black cat near my netilah yadayim set, I woke up as exhausted as if I haven’t slept, struggled with parnasa all day, never fails
Wow, I don't ever think I've had a snake bit me in my dreams? HA! Thank you, said a lot about what's going on, the higher self is with god and knows all! What your talking about is the golden chain (Cord), then there is a silver chain (cord) that attaches to the body! In death, the Angel of Death stands with golden sheers to cut the silver cord to the body!

I write my dreams too vivid but no interpretation??? Always a Rabbi or something Jewish in the dreams lol
