Mine comes with a weird lid tapped on printer that I don’t know where does it go to. I read the manual and the instructions but I still don’t know why the printer comes with that… did you have such thing with your printer?
I didn't know at first either. Another comment pointed out that the online manual states if you add legal paper to the paper tray, it won't close all the way so the extra bar/lid covers the gap.
thanks for the reply.@@ReviewingLiterallyEverything
Thank you for your review. I was wondering if you have been successful at printing in cardstock? I love this pr7nter however it doesn't feed it neither from the tray or from the front bypass. Can you test it and share your findings?
Yes, I've been able to print on cardstock both from the tray and from the bypass. What weight card stock are you trying to use?
We just got this printer and would like to know whats the extra white cover for. Thanks for this video!
I noticed that, too. I have no idea! If you figure it out let me know!
@@ReviewingLiterallyEverything found it on the online manual. if you add legal paper to the paper tray, it won't close all the way so the bar covers the gap. Neat.
The wireless printing is smooth and no set-up necessary on our phones. Great printer
I need a laserjet printer to print colour A4 images on Glossy paper. Can you please suggest one? Non-glossy paper will also be okay.
I think this laser printer would work well. I like the color prints it makes. If you want to print on glossy paper, though, make sure the glossy paper is compatible with laser printers.
Wish you had gone all out and printed a high density graphic or a brightly colored landscape photograph on specialty paper like coated cardstock to see how far it can go. Wanted to see the resolution and if it has any banding issues with the color. I can see text is sharp, but what about graphics? Those thumbnails are too small and doesn’t give you a good gamut of the color spectrum.
Unfortunately, we don't have this printer anymore because we found one that was a little bit smaller that fit our space better. But all of the prints that we made with it, including detailed graphics, turned out great.
Im curious, would a printer like this be able to print stickers?
Yes, as long as the paper isn't like a glossy or vinyl material. I've used it on address labels and used them as stickers, and it works great.
@@ReviewingLiterallyEverything awesome, thank you
I opened my toner cartridge tray and there is pink powder everywhere. Is that how it is supposed to be?
No, sounds like there was a leak
really wish you would have focused more on photo printing. I know a laser will never beat an inkjet but I would like to see how close they are now.
Unfortunately I don't have this printer anymore, so I can't do further tests with it.
@@ReviewingLiterallyEverything you purchased it four months ago and you don’t have it anymore? What happened? Did it fail miserably or breakdown? Let us know.
No, it was just a bit wider than I needed it to be, so it was difficult for me to load paper in (where I put it was a very tight space, as shown in the video). So I ended up finding an even smaller laser printer: th-cam.com/video/QW7crB0wyqg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=csAwS6ACAV_un6GO
what about manual feed and coated glossy paper printing?
Unfortunately, we didn't test the manual feed when we had this printer. It can print on glossy paper only if the paper is intended for laser printers.
Did you try printing on 250 gsm paper with it
I did not try that heavy of paper, but it should be fine.
is there a usb cable in the box?
There was not a usb cable. The only cable in the box is the power cable. We set it up wirelessly on our home network.
Have you ever printed color label ?
Yes, it prints well on cardstock, label paper, and other specialty papers. I would avoid glossy paper, though, as toner doesn't usually do well on glossy paper.
Is it still working properly? Looking to buy one
I really liked this printer, but it was just a little too big for my space, so I ended up replacing it.
@@ReviewingLiterallyEverythingwhat did you replace it with?

I purchased this printer and it does not have a copy feature on screen??? I'm not sure if I did something wrong and I'm not able to find any information when I search
Unfortunately, this model doesn't have copy functions. It is only a printer. You would need something like this: www.amazon.com/dp/B0CC7TVR2F?aref&aaxitk=d5e35b2a26385c6bfcc8ca97e07db59c&language=en_US&pd_rd_plhdr=t&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&ref=dacx_dp_587080164625306215_585470854351432714
Thank you so much for your reply, I am so disappointed. Guess I assumed all printers had the ability to copy
Can we use it to print on cardboard and glossy paper ?
It will print on cardstock, but isn't recommended for glossy paper.
Thanks for the video btw
TYSM man. God bless
Good review, good luck in your journey and channel growth
Its insanely loud
Yeah, there are definitely quieter printers. But I don't find it to be extremely loud.
@@ReviewingLiterallyEverything i'm returning it. I hate it.
Lol....this is not a review...I learned that it's noisy and prints 2 sided.
What would you like to know about it? We're still using it, and it works great
