The creator of the game recently said that he was joking when he said some of the messages I used in this video to do the math, which means that the chances I calculated are sadly wrong :( Don't get me wrong, the rooms I show here are all rare and hard to find rooms, it's just the chance for them is unknown, and there's no confirmation of what the rarest room is. I'm sorry for giving wrong chances.
7:23 The document for J-123 (The Mindscape) can be found in Heavy Containment, not sure of the chances, but I have found it in one of the side rooms. According to other sources it may be possible to find the document on a floating tile in the mindscape. Not 100% sure though.
I've gotten the one locker room, the void mass room, the Unfinished room, and i was extremely sure that all of them were common, like i stumbled upon them at least 5 times, the fact they are not common is just crazy to me.
What about the treasure chest room? Its like a normal room, but theres a room inside, with skeletons and gold. There is a treasure chest in the middle, opening it will show nothing, but after about 5 seconds, you'll get Artifice (and take 99 damage).

I am so baffled to see the mindscape room presumably being 1 in 83k, not because its that rare, but because i've gotten it twice I've also got the cabin and the twisted room. What the hell man... And since i've gone to the mindscape twice, yes you can find a document and yes you can die if you fall (happened twice to me, one to discover it and one on purpose.) I got the room from the mindscape twice and then found the heavy containment version too. I got both documents but i have no idea what difference it did because i got the mindscape on my third ever run w my friend and had no idea what documents did I only checked them after i got the one from the heavy containment area out of curiosity
The fact that the mindscape is that rare is insane to me, I somehow got it on my second ever run. My sister also managed to get man from the mindscape twice on her first run, despite the run only making it to right after Sebastian's shop.
The fact I have gotten the evil pit, FNF room, The Rooms Containment Cell TWICE, and The Mindscape Room!!! but have not been able to gamble for a badge is crazy

I encountered this room 2 Times. Guessing from the cocoon like things and the spider, I think the spider might have been one of the test subjects of the facility, which captured some workers in the cocoons when it got released during Sebastian's breach process. The voices coming from this room sounds like muffled screams of the people who might be trapped by the spider, in my POV. This is just my theory for this room.0:37

i found a room with a triangle of flesh with teeth in it. there's also some eyes scattered around in the top half of it. it rotates on 2 rods of flesh on the top and the bottom

1:40 the long staircase is rare, but it's very good if you happen to get an angler variant from behind when you go to the next two rooms. you get ages to find a safe spot.
I once encountered a room I’ll call “the keycard room”, basically a room with a locked door, a bunch of desks and drawers and literally each and every desk and drawer spot that can have an item ontop having a keycard. Same run that I did my successful ‘im outta here’ run

One Time I got a black light, med kit, and a hand cranked flashlight without even starting the game yet, 30 doors in I got the silent Hill room, then literally the room right after that I got the mad Pat room, then two rooms after the mat I got the spider tunnel. All on camera. I don’t even know how I did that.
You missed a few rooms. I would like to point out that you missed the small room that you must crouch to get through the non-existent door frames. It looks a bit like the eyefestation gauntlet, except way smaller and does not have windows. I can not describe it any further due to the lack of accessories and items. Very good video. I enjoyed watching it.
Theres also a room where you will find a frozen floor outside of the window with many piles of bones above it, a room where you can pass through the wall and a room where theres a big plant in the middle that produce electricity sparks, with a ominous noise too I found all of those, but ive never encountered the Lucy area 😐
I also found a room that had an Easter egg from a squirrel stapling horror game ( not sure if that one’s rare) and it had a document, but sadly Sebastian takes it away. This room had the dead wife from the game and honestly it was pretty cool ((also had some dialogue

fun fact: i had the mindscape room with my friend, we didint find any documents but we didint know it was even rare and though it was common in every run.
my last run was extremely lucky, i encountered the FNF refrence, the Hotel rooms (the one that takes you down to the doors lobby), the Rooms (5:32), the gauntlet, the trenchbleeder crossing, the twisted halway, the locker rooms, the locker rooms with a single locker, the room with tables full of keycards, and no more than 2 anglers trough the entire game (A normal and a pinkie), all of these happened durring a single round, and it was a successfull run too, as I successfully escaped
funny thin is, is that i found the twisty room twice in my first 6 runs of the game, (i've played ten runs) i also encountered the countdown eyefestation twice, and didn't get the gambling room yet.
I found that room in the intro and the unfinished room and the cabin is how I got artifice and right after the cabin, I got toy remote, and within 10 rooms. I got a room where you had to go for a wall, which was easy because there’s no barriers or anything. I think it was a backrooms reference. And the side room, mine escape

WHAT? Ive seen almost all of these several times, and I haven't even seen all the hazards/entities or found the crystal. I found the FNF room literally yesterday, not knowing its rare. I found the FNAF reference, not knowing its rare. I found the spider room, the void mass room, and almost everything before the huge closet thing.

Honestly, what's scarier in the spider room is not the arachnophobia, but rather that you can hear sobbing from the people trapped in the webs
excuse me so thats what the sound was. i got so scared the first time i ever joined when i saw the arachnophobia warning, but then got addicted to this game and thought the arachnophobia warning was there for no reason until now ☠️

fun fact: i had the mindscape room with my friend, we didint find any documents but we didint know it was even rare and though it was common in every run.
I got the mindscape as the first room once
my last run was extremely lucky, i encountered the FNF refrence, the Hotel rooms (the one that takes you down to the doors lobby), the Rooms (5:32), the gauntlet, the trenchbleeder crossing, the twisted halway, the locker rooms, the locker rooms with a single locker, the room with tables full of keycards, and no more than 2 anglers trough the entire game (A normal and a pinkie), all of these happened durring a single round, and it was a successfull run too, as I successfully escaped
funny thin is, is that i found the twisty room twice in my first 6 runs of the game, (i've played ten runs) i also encountered the countdown eyefestation twice, and didn't get the gambling room yet.
I found The Cabin on my second run… I was so freaked out because I didn’t know why it was there.

I found that room in the intro and the unfinished room and the cabin is how I got artifice and right after the cabin, I got toy remote, and within 10 rooms. I got a room where you had to go for a wall, which was easy because there’s no barriers or anything. I think it was a backrooms reference.

You would not believe this, but I once got Valcula Void Mass room and The Mindscape room in the same playthrough. I even got The Mindscape again four runs later. And I was sitting there going... WHAT ARE THE ODDS???!

I did encounter the Void Mass Room and The Mindscape Room.
Luckily I had the entity Styx 4 times.
Fun fact: the cabin rare room is a reference to another game’s old lobby, “Survive The Night”!!
WHAT? Ive seen almost all of these several times, and I haven't even seen all the hazards/entities or found the crystal. I found the FNF room literally yesterday, not knowing its rare. I found the FNAF reference, not knowing its rare. I found the spider room, the void mass room, and almost everything before the huge closet thing.

I am going to freaking lose it- I found the vacula void room on my literal second run, EVER, but missed the doccument because I was playing with this huge freakin' sweat and fighting to catch up
I’ve encountered the gauntlet 2 times and both times i was caught so off guard and got terrified for a second
I once with a friend found a room with an elevator that it was literally doors obby, but in pressure style it also had music and was pretty cool
