From what I've seen and heard, when you bring Eyefestation to its blue aggravation, it will attack you on every single opportunity, whereas on Green, it could've not spawned in the room. This could be wrong, I'm going by word of mouth from comments I've seen over the last while.
fun fact about the doors, they only open when the front of your character touches it, specifically the character's torso.
