The Furbolg Medicine Pouch has a hidden level 40 cap on the 'Use' aspect so, this is really only good for level 19 twinks for the +10 Sta. You're going to make some people rage when they grind their way to a pouch and discover they can't 'Use' it.
At level 35, you are able to train for Artisan professions. So, not only can you be a level 39 twink, but you can have access to the best engineering gadgets, can gather the best materials. If you're honored with Timbermaw (which you should be for the medicine bag), you have access to top end enchanting recipes if you're a level 39 enchanter.

Hey man - Just so you're aware in the 19 pala section where you mention the medicine pouch. It's effect doesn't work at 19. You only use it for the flat stamina.
ModMyTech Yeah mate while nostalrius claimed to be 100% blizzlike a few things slipped through the cracks... I have the pouch on my 19 mage and can confirm the heal doesn’t work, ‘target is too low level’ when used.
just a note if you didn't know there is no XP stop in classic so keep that in mind when gearing. be very careful not to over lvl. when you hit 18 and dont have all your gear have someone run the dung before you go in and just get the bosses you need. hope this helps some of you
I twinked back in late vanilla TBC and dude i had so much fun, I want to grind that in classic but ATM im not even 60 so yeah enjoy the twink content =3 i thin the higher the brack its the most interesting but tbh 29, then 19, then 39
The reason you enjoyed it so much back then is because so few people did it. Now all the brackets are going to be filled with twinks who have hundreds of gold invested into engineering, enchants and BiS's.

I don’t get it. POD has less DPS (39 to Kangs 47.5), less dmg per swing (124-187 to kangs 135-205), and a weaker proc. Are you guys just saying POD because it’s proc is insta dmg vs Kang’s bleed?
I've leveled multiple Fem Nelf hunters via BGs, grinding, and world PVP, and it was terrific fun. No pre-made, no dungeons, and no raids. We called it being a "BG Hero" on the hunter forums back then. Late Vanilla and TBC were terrific as the Shadowmeld Ambush was very deadly/real. That being said, being a twink is a grind and means you're expected to counter the twinks of the enemy faction and win. But, its hell of fun to join WSG and have the newbs or a PUG cheer when they inspect your gear.
i had a level 29 rogue twink wotlk era, i remember farming for the epic rick from scarlet mon, getting the trinket from stv arena, and leveling up the engineering. 2.5k hp with crusader and mongoose enchants. best game was in wsg when i held the enemy flag 2/3 and camped their grave yard. i went 113-10.

29 rogue twinks are absolutely obscenely powerful, a properly geared 29 rogue twink can almost solo BFD and they’re easily capable of handling 3 level 28 or so elite mobs at once. One neat exploit that I’ve enjoyed before was a 29 troll warrior twink with Manual Crowd Pummeler, which is a rare level 29 2h mace that has excellent stats of 16 strength and 5 agility but also has a CD built into it that improves attack speed by 50% for 30 seconds. The catch is of course that the special ability only has 3 charges, however that can be remedied by simply getting another from the boss at gnomeragon. You need to be at low health and use that cooldown alongside berserk and what results is a 29 arms warrior with 700 attack power (with crusader proc, which is pretty much constant in this build since the 2h mace’s base speed is 2.00) swinging a 2h mace at a rate of 1.06 seconds. It’s a VERY niche build I’ll admit but the fact that you can spam 400-550 crits every second on a 29 warrior amazes me, I specced it arms with 5/5 tactical mastery, 2/2 impale 3/5cruelty 2/5 improved heroic strike. With maximum strength/agility gear used to attain such a wildly effective glass cannon type of warrior HP was low at around 1500, crit was about 14% which proved to be adequate. I also switched out Corpsemaker a rare level 29 2h axe with 3.80 speed and extremely high damage output, I was auto attacking 250-300, crits were as high as 700 with heroic strike. Many say warriors are trash at 29 but I think I proved (to myself anyway) that they can be absolute monsters providing high damage output, excellent control (tactical mastery even at 29 allows for disarms, shield bash interrupts, shield block macros - alongside an excellent iLvl 41 shield called Vile Protector which when swapped with nearly 1100 armor mitigates damage very well. Just overall a very impressive warrior result. Of course I did this complex build to indulge my love for theorycraft in this game and had to do it on a private server in order to avoid potential time/money wasted.
The 39 bracket is my all time favourite twink bracket, best variety in classes and generally competitive fast games. Druid is OP and if you enjoy wow parkour like me, nothing more fun the destroying noobs with your OP jumping skills. Warrior with POD is an absolute pumper combined with a pally pocket heal can be lethal. Ele shaman is ridiculous when you pair with nature damage gear and can absolutely wreck people. Hunter has access to viper sting which can be a great ability in competitive games combined with slows and traps. Finally rogue with access to all the eng gadgets at that level and some insane gear is soo fun and is generally your best class at beating a good druid FC. Basically all classes are good but those are my certain favourites!
29 twink rogue geared out is a kick in the pants, stun lock anything they come across and if you had leveled your first aid you could be healed back to full in no time. A good video idea would be to touch on what skills/professions you need and what is involved to do it.
I miss in old vanilla when brackets were like 21-30, 31-40, etc. I made a 30 twink rogue back in the day that was a blast. Had like 2.2k health and could easily 4v1 players. That was back when no one twinked though. Now that everyone's gonna twink it won't be as fun.
AussieThunder my 49 Ret had Executioner's Cleaver. I actually had two. One with the big str enchant and the other with Crusader. Was one shottin people.

Me and my brother had 49 Ret pallys. I was a human he was a dwarf. He had a little more than 300 AP. I was pretty close to that too. We were hitting hard asf. I think the hardest we've hit someone was for 2k. We were part of a big twinks guild on US Sargeras. named Once Upon a Twink.we were mostly 49s but had other lvls. Horde on our server has a 49 twink guild and we had some great fights during Vanilla and TBC.
I ran a 19/29 twink guild on Andorhal way back in the day (Paper St. Soap Co.). I can tell you my 19 UD priest and 29 BE pally were monsters. Both had arena grand master and the 19 had the lucky fishing hat as well as that wand. She was a pro flag runner when we weren't farming honor. This was before heirloom items, there was a +9 str +9 stam shoulders you could quest for as well. I miss those toons more than my lvl 80s. Note: lvl 19's couldn't use crusader, i believe it could only work on item lvl 35+ gear. It took awhile for me to farm a 2h mace from gnommer to use on my 29 pally, as well as the epic ring from Scarlet Monastery.
Just got +55 healing on my weapon and +100HP on legs on my 19 priest twink and I see this, goddam i'm so excited for WSG, we're getting a nice twink team together on Zandalar Tribe EU
Solid vid. Would love a mention about team play in twinking, as while I know most people make them to roflstomp bads, a bunch of classes become monsters when considered outside of solo twink play. You touch that with mentions of the versatility in playstyle for certain classes or niche's (druid fc), but you haven't lived until you watch a 29 mage/priest combo cap 3 flags against a good 10 man in wsg. Affli lock cc combo's at 49 with ST/BRD gear (or even 39) are devastating in a clash, with a good druid you can also bypass entire teams through proper seduce/CoE/fear and root management. TLDR; great video, but if you are looking to run a twink for bg wins or just clutch ass plays there are tons of great class and talent builds. Experiment, have fun, and don't forget to practice your jumps.
Since you asked if we're interested: Please make a 19 rogue guide that includes a full list of everything you have to get done (like exploring, medicine pouch rep grind etc)! 😀

I had a 19 Paladin, a 29 Rogue, and a ghetto, well geared but not twinked lvl 39 & 49 shaman back in Classic. Honestly, the shaman was the most fun, even though i basically had all fresh dungeon gear & would stop lvling for weeks when I got to 38 & 48 respectively. It was so much f'ing fun
My fav is the 29 loc twink. Stack shadow wrath gear (get over +100 sp) and then tab/dot everything. Easily getting the most damage and killing blows. Run with a succubus so you don't need to really worry about hp, just seduce the target, fear, dot, dot, dot, run away. GG
Had a twink rogue back in the day that was level 29, her name was Moobs. She was so op that my cousin would run up on folks out of stealth in wsg, and still wipe the floor with them.
nothing on a 49 twink warlock? soul link felhunter with voidwalker shield, succubus demonic sacrifice for insane shadow power on dots, great cc and caster lock-down. they can have almost equivalent spellpower to the 49 twink mages
it's also the most one-shot bracket which kinda makes it less fun. Way less opportunities to outplay. The warlock touches you for 2 seconds and you are gone.
It’s definitely a very bursty bracket, but not as much as the TH-cam one shot montage videos suggest. Those are mostly just twinks slaughtering much lesser geared people.
Alex P I mean isn’t it though? I literally said it’s bursty lol. If you’re a geared twink in that bracket and letting yourself get one shot a lot, it’s a lack of ability to play the class rather than HP pool. Each class is more flushed out then with ways to navigate around bursty abilities
I had the Pendulum Of Doom drop for me a couple weeks back, am strongly considering twinking at 39 to use it. But another part of me really wants to sell it lol
My friend ran a 29 warrior prot twink and absolutely destroyed people. I ran a 29 hunter and was a total glass canon. Some of the most fun I ever had in wow.
Furbolg Medicine Pouch is only equipable at lvl 19, not usable. So, you basically only get it for the 10 stamina, which is nice, but really only worth to get on a druid I'd say.
Of all the twinks i had - 49 ele shaman was the most fun hands down. Purge them naked into a 1.5k+ CL crit followed by a 800+ ES. God damn that was satisfying.
Medicine Pouch doesn't work on classic for 19s, sadly :/ Still worth picking up though, Especially on a mage/hunter Edit: My 39 Enhancement shaman is absolutely crazy on classic. Windfury crits can get upwards of 1500 crits (2000 even with a POD proc). I've been able to beat 60s in WPVP/Duels. It's a blast! I also loved how you gave credit to druids for their flag carrying abilities - I've been a dedicated FC main in the retail twink community for the better part of a decade, and my first twink on classic was a 19 druid named Fc :) Would love to see more twink content from you!
I twinked a 49 shaman for years, it's amazing. Pro tip though, kang is obviously nice but Glowing Brightwood Staff was my weapon of choice. hits ALMOST as hard, with stam and intel, and people don't run from you immediately like they do when they see kang on a shaman.
i have a lvl39 priest holy priest twink, I had +81 healing on my hand of right. when they changed healing to spell power they didnt change the visual effect on enchants. So still have the (IMO) one of the coolest visual effect enchants still on my character.
I ran lvl 39 on my rogue. And had gutripper in my inventory. I dont remember how i set it up, but i dinged during the match and was able to equip it.. Jesus i still have the screenshot somewhere, i went 40-0. Only 1 shot at it lol but fun as hell
I had a 39 twink warrior and rogue. Warrior had a pendulum of doom and could legit 1 hit anything. Rogue had 2 epic swords with mongoose and could just face tank any AP class with dodges and just 1 hit any clothie. Warrior cost me over 35k gold in TBC. Rogue around 15
I remember in vanilla or tbc there was a bug that let twink rogues get over 80% chance to dodge at 29 lol. Then if you buffed (food, scrolls, ect) you could get almost 90%

Can't seem to find guides on anything but level 19 twinks anywhere. Individual guides on some of the higher tiers woupd be awesome, or maybe something about the BiS items you can only get in dungeons and should get before you level.
49 was my favorite bracket. Lock was disgusting. You could push close to 400 sp with trinkets. You could tank the entire team with SL. Just dot and camp gy.
I had a lot of twinks. Hunter, rogue, mage, warrior.. It honestly didn't matter. It only really matters twink vs twink, and tbh I don't remember that happening that much. Hunter was definitely the strongest imo though.
Level 39 Warlock with staff of Jordan, 2 Underworld bands and green lens of shadow wrath (among other items) is an absolute beast. You basically can't survive those dots, you just can't.
no way, i had a warlock with only + shadow gear instead of the regular items that destroyed everyone (except if a good dagger rogue killed you with ambush thistle tea vanish ambush. could hit over 1k with shadowbolt crits lol
This is real nostagic for me. I used to have all those items shadowfanf ass blade agm fishing hat fishing boots all the rare enchants engineer so crazy OP
@@goldenmemes51 yeah 39 is probably best for druid. The fact you have travel form and most classes don't have a mount is pretty great. Perhaps 29 druid could work well with feline swiftness, but 39 for sure
Currently running what I believe to be the biggest twink guild in classic. on Arugal Horde (Oceanic) We've got 130+ members of all brackets and we've been farming redridge, duskwood and wetlands since phase 2 hit. Can't wait for Battlegrounds. Awesome vid Punkrat, keep em coming!
Not sure that Priest video is recommended viewing anymore, the guy who made it was stacking Agility to increase Wand damage (which doesn't work in Classic) and was using a Quiver to increase his ranged attack speed (which also doesn't work in Classic). Disc Priests are good in the 19 bracket, don't get me wrong, but they don't deal nearly the kind of damage you see in that private server video (which was uploaded in 2017).
I haven't checked out the original video in question, however I do just as much damage per shot with my 19 twink priest as the snippets shown in this video. :)
@@CarlCreed76 In the original video, the priest is hitting non-crits of up to 83 damage, while the maximum damage on a Gravestone Scepter with Priest Wand Specialization talent is only 71.
@@GideonAI Yeah, I just checked my character info and my max damage is at 72, with 71 being the hardest non crit out of my last 151 shots. Probably just positivity bias making me feel like I'm hitting above 70 all the time.

A fully twinked 19 hunter with a charge/gore pet is like playing as Arthas. The ONLY way to survive is a pally bubblehacking.
So a pally using one of their spells is hacking, but a level 19 hunter obliterating everything is okay.

Nice video. I'd add the list 49 shadow priest. Also, for 39 druids one of the key items is Green Whelp Armor for maximum enemy frustration!

I miss in old vanilla when brackets were like 21-30, 31-40, etc. I made a 30 twink rogue back in the day that was a blast. Had like 2.2k health and could easily 4v1 players. That was back when no one twinked though. Now that everyone's gonna twink it won't be as fun.

Me and my brother had 49 Ret pallys. I was a human he was a dwarf. He had a little more than 300 AP. I was pretty close to that too. We were hitting hard asf. I think the hardest we've hit someone was for 2k. We were part of a big twinks guild on US Sargeras. named Once Upon a Twink.we were mostly 49s but had other lvls. Horde on our server has a 49 twink guild and we had some great fights during Vanilla and TBC.
I ran a 19/29 twink guild on Andorhal way back in the day (Paper St. Soap Co.). I can tell you my 19 UD priest and 29 BE pally were monsters. Both had arena grand master and the 19 had the lucky fishing hat as well as that wand. She was a pro flag runner when we weren't farming honor. This was before heirloom items, there was a +9 str +9 stam shoulders you could quest for as well. I miss those toons more than my lvl 80s.
Note: lvl 19's couldn't use crusader, i believe it could only work on item lvl 35+ gear. It took awhile for me to farm a 2h mace from gnommer to use on my 29 pally, as well as the epic ring from Scarlet Monastery.
Ahh the good old days, playing with a friend a hunter duo. If you stay around max range of eachother you can always shoot the rogues of your buddy.

Solid vid. Would love a mention about team play in twinking, as while I know most people make them to roflstomp bads, a bunch of classes become monsters when considered outside of solo twink play. You touch that with mentions of the versatility in playstyle for certain classes or niche's (druid fc), but you haven't lived until you watch a 29 mage/priest combo cap 3 flags against a good 10 man in wsg. Affli lock cc combo's at 49 with ST/BRD gear (or even 39) are devastating in a clash, with a good druid you can also bypass entire teams through proper seduce/CoE/fear and root management. TLDR; great video, but if you are looking to run a twink for bg wins or just clutch ass plays there are tons of great class and talent builds. Experiment, have fun, and don't forget to practice your jumps.

I had a 19 Paladin, a 29 Rogue, and a ghetto, well geared but not twinked lvl 39 & 49 shaman back in Classic.
Honestly, the shaman was the most fun, even though i basically had all fresh dungeon gear & would stop lvling for weeks when I got to 38 & 48 respectively.

My fav is the 29 loc twink. Stack shadow wrath gear (get over +100 sp) and then tab/dot everything. Easily getting the most damage and killing blows. Run with a succubus so you don't need to really worry about hp, just seduce the target, fear, dot, dot, dot, run away. GG
Had a twink rogue back in the day that was level 29, her name was Moobs. She was so op that my cousin would run up on folks out of stealth in wsg, and still wipe the floor with them.
nothing on a 49 twink warlock? soul link felhunter with voidwalker shield, succubus demonic sacrifice for insane shadow power on dots, great cc and caster lock-down. they can have almost equivalent spellpower to the 49 twink mages

it's also the most one-shot bracket which kinda makes it less fun. Way less opportunities to outplay. The warlock touches you for 2 seconds and you are gone.
It’s definitely a very bursty bracket, but not as much as the TH-cam one shot montage videos suggest. Those are mostly just twinks slaughtering much lesser geared people.

Alex P I mean isn’t it though? I literally said it’s bursty lol. If you’re a geared twink in that bracket and letting yourself get one shot a lot, it’s a lack of ability to play the class rather than HP pool. Each class is more flushed out then with ways to navigate around bursty abilities
@@Xeaze1992 ranged classes hitting you for half of your hp from 30 yards isn't something that you can navigate tbh, but to each his own.
I had the Pendulum Of Doom drop for me a couple weeks back, am strongly considering twinking at 39 to use it. But another part of me really wants to sell it lol

My friend ran a 29 warrior prot twink and absolutely destroyed people. I ran a 29 hunter and was a total glass canon. Some of the most fun I ever had in wow.
Furbolg Medicine Pouch is only equipable at lvl 19, not usable. So, you basically only get it for the 10 stamina, which is nice, but really only worth to get on a druid I'd say.
Of all the twinks i had - 49 ele shaman was the most fun hands down. Purge them naked into a 1.5k+ CL crit followed by a 800+ ES. God damn that was satisfying.
Medicine Pouch doesn't work on classic for 19s, sadly :/ Still worth picking up though, Especially on a mage/hunter
Edit: My 39 Enhancement shaman is absolutely crazy on classic. Windfury crits can get upwards of 1500 crits (2000 even with a POD proc). I've been able to beat 60s in WPVP/Duels. It's a blast!
I also loved how you gave credit to druids for their flag carrying abilities - I've been a dedicated FC main in the retail twink community for the better part of a decade, and my first twink on classic was a 19 druid named Fc :) Would love to see more twink content from you!

I twinked a 49 shaman for years, it's amazing. Pro tip though, kang is obviously nice but Glowing Brightwood Staff was my weapon of choice. hits ALMOST as hard, with stam and intel, and people don't run from you immediately like they do when they see kang on a shaman.
I agree that twink shamans are the funnest to play. I had a 39 ret pally twink that had Pendulum of Doom with crusader.
i have a lvl39 priest holy priest twink, I had +81 healing on my hand of right. when they changed healing to spell power they didnt change the visual effect on enchants. So still have the (IMO) one of the coolest visual effect enchants still on my character.
I ran lvl 39 on my rogue. And had gutripper in my inventory. I dont remember how i set it up, but i dinged during the match and was able to equip it.. Jesus i still have the screenshot somewhere, i went 40-0. Only 1 shot at it lol but fun as hell

29 warrior was some of my favorite shit. I had Maybe 200+ wsg games on my character.
I had a 39 twink warrior and rogue. Warrior had a pendulum of doom and could legit 1 hit anything. Rogue had 2 epic swords with mongoose and could just face tank any AP class with dodges and just 1 hit any clothie. Warrior cost me over 35k gold in TBC. Rogue around 15
49 lock twinks are amazing too. 5k soulfires
I remember in vanilla or tbc there was a bug that let twink rogues get over 80% chance to dodge at 29 lol. Then if you buffed (food, scrolls, ect) you could get almost 90%

Can't seem to find guides on anything but level 19 twinks anywhere. Individual guides on some of the higher tiers woupd be awesome, or maybe something about the BiS items you can only get in dungeons and should get before you level.

49 was my favorite bracket. Lock was disgusting. You could push close to 400 sp with trinkets. You could tank the entire team with SL. Just dot and camp gy.

I had a lot of twinks. Hunter, rogue, mage, warrior.. It honestly didn't matter. It only really matters twink vs twink, and tbh I don't remember that happening that much. Hunter was definitely the strongest imo though.

Level 39 Warlock with staff of Jordan, 2 Underworld bands and green lens of shadow wrath (among other items) is an absolute beast. You basically can't survive those dots, you just can't.

no way, i had a warlock with only + shadow gear instead of the regular items that destroyed everyone (except if a good dagger rogue killed you with ambush thistle tea vanish ambush. could hit over 1k with shadowbolt crits lol

29 hunter is my go to. You can do the STV questline to get the raptor hunting bow and tunic etc. aimed shot crits for 1k

Not sure that Priest video is recommended viewing anymore, the guy who made it was stacking Agility to increase Wand damage (which doesn't work in Classic) and was using a Quiver to increase his ranged attack speed (which also doesn't work in Classic). Disc Priests are good in the 19 bracket, don't get me wrong, but they don't deal nearly the kind of damage you see in that private server video (which was uploaded in 2017).
I haven't checked out the original video in question, however I do just as much damage per shot with my 19 twink priest as the snippets shown in this video. :)
@@CarlCreed76 In the original video, the priest is hitting non-crits of up to 83 damage, while the maximum damage on a Gravestone Scepter with Priest Wand Specialization talent is only 71.
@@GideonAI Yeah, I just checked my character info and my max damage is at 72, with 71 being the hardest non crit out of my last 151 shots.
Probably just positivity bias making me feel like I'm hitting above 70 all the time.
