Try contracting your cut line offset instead of an outside offset bleed.

Great tutorial that is dope I'll ways dropping some good information. It's cool how you do the outline I keep having trouble when I do my cuts I keep having a white outline can you help me out

What I do is an add a .30 bleed in silhouette studio. Idk what software you’re using but that deff solved that problem for me. Hope it helps

I use Adobe illustrator and then I send my file to versaworks but for some reason it seems to shift to the sides

I add a bleed shape behind the full design.

But since sometimes I work with logos that have different colors in it that wouldn't help
