  • My first video in HINDI! I hope you like it hehe- planning to do some videos in English and some in Hindi to keep it a balance and make sure there is something for everyone on this channel.

    Peanut butter cookies ingredients-
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup castor sugar
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1 and 1/4th cup flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    3/4 tsp baking soda
    chocolate chunks and sea salt for top

    Thank you Shivesh. These came out amazing. I reduced the white sugar by 15g and added 30g rolled oats with a pinch of salt and coffee to the dough. Finally topping the dough balls with some chopped peanuts!!!!
    These were perfect pick me uppers.
    Keep up the good work for all at home vegetarians and hone bakers.

    Hi Shivesh, tried this one came out with perfect texture!! I have used regular peanut butter which has its own sugar flavour due to which cookies r extra sweet.

    Hey Shivesh...thank u for finally sharing an eggless recipe...but like always I have a few questions & recipe request. So questions are- just for variation, can we make the same recipe with coconut butter? If not then how can I have coconut bake delight? I just love coconut like hell... second- can there be healthy bake delights? Like without maida, white sugar etc? If one wants to substitute these then how to do it? Third- when r u going to share the eggless recipes for ladyfinger biscuits, chocolate strawberry cake, apple cinnamon cake & Victoria sponge cake? Fourth- which camera do u use for filming your videos? I love the quality. Fifth- I am not a fan of buttercream or cream cheese frosting, esp for red velvet cake. Which frosting should I use? & how to make it? I looked up the internet & read about ermine frosting which it was claimed is the traditional frosting. But didn’t understand how to make it...can u share the recipe? Now the recipe request - all the above mentioned recipe & eggless red velvet biscuits with white chocolate chip.

    Nice recepie.... thank u. Tried it yester evening... tastes damm good...but even after baking for 10mins+10mins+5mins( as they were still soft dough taste and consistency ) 1200watt convection... cookies are not firm they are cracking into pieces...sticking little to the palate.... can u help... where did i go wrong?

      Hi Asmita!
      Yes- we can bake cookies on convection mode in the microwave! Please do not forget to preheat your oven at 180 degrees and then bake them for 15-18 minutes (depending on the type of microwave you use) at 18- degrees only!

    I tried making these and followed all instructions but the brown sugar did not melt and the cookies also did not spread as u showed in the video. I baked it in the microwave in convection mode. Are the temperature levels n timings different for microwave convection??

      Ruchi Mehta thank you so much! I use brown sugar from this brand called tyte & Lyle-big you can also get trust which is more commonly available. You can honestly use any peanut butter- whichever you like. I used Veeba. And I get lose sea salt from food hall😁

    I tried this recipe with wheat flour but the batter after removing from fridge was crumbling, somehow I made balls and pressed a little. Even after baking the cookie is breaking very easily not crunchy. What mistake I did

    Hi Shivesh, love your recipes and great job with the videoes. Just a suggest can the recipe font be bigger and darker. It tends to merge with your marble top background and is unreadable.
