- The DT250C is now running. I took it for a little rip around the lawn and she really steps out when you twist the throttle.
You can come get her any time Byron. The cold start took about 5 kicks when it was warm it only took 1.

She sounds great, and I’m smiling ear to ear! That’s the first time it’s been ridden in over 20 years.
I had a dt100.same year.i loved that bike.i lived in so.jersey.i could leave my door step and ride all day.😊super fun bike.never had any problems with it. 👍
I had a yellow and black twin shock DT250. I loved it! But then the XT500 arrived, and i said goodbye to the DT!
Yes, it sounds really peppy and free revving with no untoward noises.
Wow this brings back memories of the little 80 Yamaha I had. Those 2-strokes of that time were just about indestructable.
As shown by how many of them are presently being brought back to life. Thanks for watching and commenting Bill.
Nice ride there Jack, I know the inner kid in you wanted to pull the front end up on the puppy…😊
The inner kid in me realizes that old guys bones are much more brittle than young guys bones. That said, I can't say that I wasn't tempted.
Yes, pretty fine job
Nice one Jack. Great job with a rewarding ride at the end.
Yup, love it when they come out of the shop running Dean.
She sounds good.
Hi, Jack.
Jack did you video the rest of the pre ride work on the bike?
Most of it, but not everything.
