Overwatch 2 - Why is Overwatch 2 using over 63% of my CPU? Also, why is OBS using 100% of my GPU?

This JUST started happening today. I have had no problem with the game or OBS besides the disconnects since launch day. This was not an issue yesterday.

ow 2 is a virus confirmed, 10 years to get a skin without paying, basicly vbucks at this point
