The Przewalski is now preserved in a few select zoos and the Caspian can be found in small areas of Iran. Another rare and interesting horse is the Chincoteague Island pony.

I love horses though, no matter what. I've been riding since 2, and currently own my own horse. Best and my favorite animal going.
pinto is a generalised term for tobiano, overo, sabino, splash and tovero (a mix of any of these) patterns but the American Paint horse (APH) is a breed

The terms Pinto (which was further split into Piebald for black and white and Skewbald for brown and white and a few others), Palomino, Roan, Bay, Chestnut, Dapple Grey, etc, are colors not breeds. Even Appaloosa was a color not a breed but it seems to be accepted as a breed now. To say a horse is a cross between a Friesian and a Pinto is like saying a horse is a cross between an Arab and a Chestnut. I once owned a Pinto Half-Arab stud. In 1949 the American Remount Association refused to enter him in the Half-Arabian Stud Book because they said it was impossible for even a half-arab to be Pinto. It took an intercession from Lady Wentworth to have him registered.
Since the title had "Breeds of Horses" in it I thought that it would be pure bred horses, not crosses. Also, not all of these horses are necessarily rare. Don't take this the wrong way please! The video was well put together and the horses were quite beautiful!
After some videos about "the rarest horse breeds" I hoped this one would include some *really* rare breeds, but after the first secound, when the intro popped up, I knew, this one woulde just like the other ones
I don't agree with you. Have you ever seen the karabakh horse? Or Don Divo, a spanish horse that have an extremely rare coat wich is also one of the prettiest?
Because Zebras aren't rare and they aren't domesticated horses, Also I agree that Arabians are beautiful but they are not rare. This list specifically consisted of beautiful AND RARE horses.

The last horse at 3:02 was a color/pattern called grullo, which is dun. May be a Kiger Mustang though.
