Yes Its a very common problem, and a good thing to do if it has not been done in a while.

Love you when you said clean n clean n clean before reinstalling plus you didn’t forget to put a bit silicone maker on some places to make more solid, I did remove the rocker cover today n accidentally I broke the coil connector locker tab I guess it’s not a big prob however but I will put back tomorrow, gonna clean any residue again before reinstalling and this my first ever DIY gasket for my 19 years old TTQ - BAM, I purchased TTQ when I was under 20 that’s my 1st car
yes, your electric ratchet is good, think I want to look for because I have another 2 little cars that also need cover gasket soon especially R53 MCS, I’m noob but I love DIY myself
Thank you, your vid is greatly helping me up
PS: I wish when you have a chance to make vid on how to replace PCV, the small thing vacuum valve inside the hose, I’m struggling with how to reach n remove it the stock pcv , given up

Big UP ..Top video, just replaced my rocker cover gasket & half moon gasket, had an oil leak for over 10 years now, only replace cause I had oil on the spark plugs & coilpack issues! So far all sorted! Only problem i couldn't move my body next day! ..lol
Cam belt next ..won't do that one!, btw any idea's how to pair Keys to the car/alarm.. can't use key's to lock/unlock doors via remote, only by manual locking, however, if I try to unlock with keys the alarm goes off ..hazards etc, need to discount battery each time or don't lock the car (:

Hello mate I Need have been looking for one of your videos for my VW golf mk5 08 1.9 TDI, so I have broken down 3 times over the last couple of weeks, after going on the diog there were codes etc, so all things that were shown have been changed (MAF, MAP, Crank shaft /Position sensor, Fuel Pump, Fuel filter, Air Filter, injectors have been cleaned and have used ultra clean in my tank, after this all codes have gone but still I broke down, it seems like its misfiring after about 15 minutes driving then the car cuts out, luckily I have enough momentum to pull over to the hard shoulder.
I seen a video saying the the Injector Loom was a common problem with VW_Golf mk 5s and was hoping you maybe can confirm that this could be the culprit, I have spent so much on it its getting to be rediculous.......
If you can help please do. I can forward my email to you with regards so we can converse over it if need be.
PS your vids have helped me and my dad a few times and I appreciate all the help you put out there.
    Thank you for your help
    Anthony
