Having the exact issue on my G35 and my belts were replaced with OEM one's less than 2 years ago, only get the squealing on cold starts and it doesn't last long.
Been annoying the hell out of me but now I know exactly how to fix it.

Thanks for video, most helpful, an easy DIY fix. Glad there’s only two belts to adjust or replace. I noticed your car had a longer than normal crank + startup, have you looked into that?

If you have this problem it could be the had AC pulley. I replaced mine and fixed it! But since I was already in there, I replaced both belts too :)

Sounds like it needs a cam sensor too. Slow to start.
