I'm curious to know what number of owners are experiencing the issues mentioned. With mass production, there will be some vehicles that experience some issues but, that might not affect all of them. Bad news travel faster than good and I would be interested in what the issue turned out to be and the resolution to fix the issue.
I just speculated that the city in video is in china and the young owner can actually afford a usd40k car. In any economic, this is a good news. We in SEA can barely afford something above usd10k as private vehicle.
Keep in mind in China, according to what he stated his purchase price would be USD$28.5K, the price wars dropped it to $25.7K. Most countries have import duties which will increase the price above China's market price, in Malaysia the equivalent price is @ $37K - $41K. The Zeekr X in Malaysia is missing some of the premium features (for example, power opening and soft close doors, power fold up rear seat) but, is priced from @$35K- $39K while the Chinese version is @ $27K - $30K (the video host can provide the latest prices). Locally built SEA vehicles sells for less and with EVs becoming the next new thing, I agree the vehicles need to be priced competitively to serve the population. Malaysia just launched the Proton Emas 7 which runs from @24K - $27K, with similar range to the Xpeng G6 and Zeekr X, I hear smaller and less expensive cars are in the pipeline and while there are Chinese EVs @ $10K, they will be priced higher when sold outside the country. With battery prices coming down, we may see lower priced EVs but, that may take a few more years.
@@waynerm002 Great point, I really wish we could buy the Chinese EVs at a good price (similar to what they pay in china) without having to import them myself.
@@xiaoqimichaelzhang2751 Of course it can. It can go over the CLTC range also, just depends on how you drive. There’s great variability on how much actual range you’ll get.
Thank you for this video, it's always nice to hear the opinion and experience of owners within China, before we choose to buy these cars internationally. I hope no one encounters the issues which you showed in the video. May I ask what is the website/app which you found those reports on?
yeah sure just try 车质网, and find the address ending in "zlts". Those issues are more like a thing of odd, being it cars or any other product, but still we need to look out for those brands with relatively lower reputation. thanks for stopping by!

It will not pass 400 km when in real daily use for that battery pack .
depends on the conditions.
