Thanks, I wanted to fill empty space with a little bit of background music, but if its distracting, it will go. Also, not sure how to assess the accuracy of the Korean square, as whatever method/tool I use for the assessment needs to be MORE accurate than the square itself..
You can measure accuracy with a pencil drawing a straight line just remember the tool doesn’t make the maker experience and time go a long ways my friend don’t get caught up with big name brands although they are nice and true! Watch out for those TH-camrs that are just glorified tool salesman and not actually furniture makers Or fine finish carpenters!
Thanks for the video. You made a nice detailed comparison regarding the build quality of the two squares. Many times pictures and videos don't show this. Next time you review/compare similar types of (or any) tools consider actually doing a performance comparison between the tools. For me the extra $40 for the Woodpecker is a no brainer. Maybe I'll finally bite the bullet and get one, then I'll 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 that I have something 100% accurate that I can compare to cheaper alternatives that I might consider.......you don't need the background music.
Woodpeckers is a no-brainer for you? Fanboys and the gullible often act that way, so being a no-brainer tracks, I guess. Somebody on YT actually put a number of Woodpeckers contenders to the test (including the Woodraphic one here) and actually showed how overpriced, overhyped, overrated the Woodpeckers brand is. But hey, it's your money, so you do you lmao
