Just bought a used C300 2011 Sport with 88K miles. My first luxury car. Transmission place and mechanic both ran their diagnostics and no errors showed up. Just changed all 4 O2 sensors. Did a radiator flush. About to get an oil change and transmission oil change this week. Hoping this car lasts me for years. It sure is a beautiful car!
I've owned the same car, except it's the luxury model, since 2013. 235K now and still going strong. Stylish, w/out standing out. Just be careful about leaving things on the floor. I broke the passenger seat track twice by moving the seat over a travel mug. Broke the whole thing and cost over 2K to get it fixed at the dealer. I asked my local independent mechanic first, but he didnt want to touch it.
I love the handling, very little lane drift in the steering. The tranny downshifts smoothly when braking.
The sport mode comes in handy, and we got the V6!
I’m up to 197k and it’s still running like a new car. I might just eventually pass this one down to my daughter who turns 16 next year. You made a good purchase in my opinion, if you want you’ll have it for years..

CONGRATULATIONS bro. I picked mine up 6 months ago with 74k easy miles on it. TY Lord. I'm a former E55 owner, I'll never, God willing, own a different brand again. Say what you want about ze Germans, they KNOW THEIR MECHANICAL SHIZZ, EVERYTHING feels over engineered, like it's built to last.
I loved my AMG E55, I love my C300 Sport 4 Matic, didn't get stuck not once this past winter. Put a chip in it and the lag it has even in Eco mode goes away, wasn't looking for more power, just bring it on more instant. As an ex Motocross racer, I'm NOT the most patient person. As a graduate of the US AMG Driving Academy I'm a racer at heart still. NOT the 61 just old you really to mess with on the road. Track training makes you think WAY faster. You hear how this car sounds, bet there's more power waiting of you want it. I'm fine with stock.
Better to drive a not fast car FAST than a really fast car slow.

Out yeah, now I'm at 84k miles and only a B1 service is due. Stone reliable even at these miles.. Doors shut with 1 finger, nothing bends and twists, it just stays put. Oh I'd LOVE to be Brand Ambassador for Mercedes Benz and AMG. 👍🐞🏁😎🇯🇲🇺🇲

Dialing in on the C Class information. I'm developing a preference for the 2008-14 (W204) but if the right 2000-09 (W203) came along... Your C Class Videos and all your videos are pretty entertaining. You'd have a great car show on Speed Channel or whatever they call it now. This car looks sporty but like an average car at the same time. To me it’s beautiful.
This car looks amazing! It has a sporty aggressive look to it that seems to stand the test of time. However, it would have been nice to see another 50 hp squeezed out of it so that the performance matched that aggressive looking styling. Overall, beautiful car!
the gas mileage on these were already shit. i managed to get 9-13 on my city driving
I'm not used to V6 cars and looking at the temperature gauge on the dashboard it clears my doubts on the 87° to 90° degree range being normal operation temp for this car.

It will cost Canadian $100k in Singapore for a 2012 1.6L Kompressor model. And you will be allowed to only drive it for 10 yrs!

it's a base model. No navi, no full power seats, no panorama roof.The infotainment is small because there is an upgrade where the screen pops out and up. This spec is entry level.

Mine has a much larger screen that comes out and up and dual power seats. I didn't realize there were other models, interesting!
That was an upgrade that you got all so you can get panoramic roof for extra money when these were new was a nice added feature and even better Harman kardon stereo etcetera

I still like my Audi A6 3T v6 Supercharged, way better interior ,road handling, Engine sound ect, not bad on fuel too.
The battery is in the boot, under that plastic thing you'll find the heater fan motor which was seized on mine. Fantastic car though, love driving it.
It's 2024 now but Mercedes is still way ahead of their competition when it comes to front looks and design of the car

Good question. I chose the Mercedes because I love the front grill. I was going to get the bmw if I couldn’t get the Mercedes.

My 2012 E Class had them also. It is for installing a roof rack for skis, bicycles, kayaks etc. With rear folding seats Mercedes can be practical.

Right. And with a TUNAI Firefly Bluetooth, you can plug that into the 12V (with a USB-Charger-Plug) nearby in the glove box and into the AUX-In and stream your music from your Smartphone into the car.
