I don't normally comment on any video until I've watched the entire thing, but listening to Michelle talk about getting back to her roots, my chin just about hit the floor. After taking a break for a couple of years - four years ago, I've been frustrated because I'll start stories, but can't seem to finish them. And then it finally, very recently, occurred to me that I haven't spent nearly enough time getting to know my characters, writing the outline, or any of the other stuff I used to do to get ready to write. You'd think with thirty books or so done, it would come naturally to me to do all of the prep work - but nope. Not lately. :D

Yes! I think too many of us get out of good habits more than we get out of bad ones!
I'm dying to know if horrible writers with consistently low reviews get quality control emails from Amazon 😂
