  • The biggest gym myth -- "spot reduction" -- NEVER seems to die.
    Your body will try to save you, regardless of your decisions with food, exercise, sleep or stress. That's its job, and it's REALLY good at it. Make poor decisions in any of those four areas, and you may not like how your body reacts but you will have NO choice.
    Getting rid of excess fat in some area can be done. Listen to this short video. It's also covered in my book "Are You Fat-making or Calorie-burning?" - get it via Amazon, Goodreads, or your national bookstore chain (16 countries to date).

    How often would you hit abs per week to strengthen them?

      Maybe 2-3 times, after your other exercises
