Actually, the cause of this problem is the hard drive. After I do this step on the video, the problem still persists for two weeks. What I did was replace the HDD with an SSD, and the problem was solved. This error problem is no longer present.

In reality, the issue will persist for another two weeks. The hard disk is the root of that issue. I changed the hard drive to a solid-state drive, and my computer is working fine as of right now.

By deleting the corrupt local account is it going to take all the documents with it. Or do I need to delete them manually? So I won't be stuck with ghost information on my C drive...
