this problem can often be fixed by signing out of your account
and then signing back in. If you don't sign out now , any files
you create or changes you make will be lost.

Illegal copies of things can have viruses and a virus could have done this

Uninstall the illegal version of Forza Horizon 5 and then try the steps again. If they don't work, you'll have to create a new account with administrative permissions and move all your data to the new account

You can access your data from the new user generated you kiss have to follow s longer route:
This PC> C> Users> UserName
