This could be derived from many different parts of the installation., including the specific third party harness/interface used. If the hiss is heard from all sources, I would lean towards it being something to do with the harness and or interface.
@kenwoodusa please HELP! I have this unit and making calls with voice command does not work or takes very long. Is this an issue everyone is encountering? Thank you
No, only available for control from your phone via the receiver's AV Input, which requires our CA-C3AV cable, as well as phone specific output cables, if available.
@@ilokanodiyzone3481 It depends on your phone type - For example, an iPhone needs an Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter as well as an iSimple ISHD01 and an HDMI cable.
@@ilokanodiyzone3481 You will need the KENWOOD CA-C3AV, KCA-HD100, and then a third party S7 to HDMI adapter. You could perform a web search to find many options. You may also look at the Accele SPA300.
no both have the camera button. Its the exact identical unit, no changes in any hardware, its just software changes to support iphone 7 which you can do a quick firmware update on the 373 so no need to put in more money to get a new model.
This unit sucks for the simple fact you hit the camera button and the camera does not show up only shows up when it's in reverse and you cannot get any pictures to download as a background from iPhone or iPad this unit is garbage.. what's the point of the camera button if I have to add a second camera to press the button
Is the green iPod/av in and aux jack? Want to hook up an old Sirius device
Yes, you have the option to use this input as an A/V input or for an older iPod with the appropriate cables.

What type of rear camera do you recommend to install with this Kenwood stereo system?
A KENWOOD CMOS-230 or CMOS-320 (multiple viewing angles) would make a great addition to this receiver. Thanks!
