I have an 06 dodge charger rt, what marked wires from the breakout box did you use on the C1 connector on the pcm ?? My tcm is separate from the pcm fyi

hey i have a question. i am bench powering a 2003 chrysler pcm. i have the battery plus supply and the ignition key on and grounds supplied. is there some secret to getting the pcm to turn on? it did run in the car. so i know it will turn on. what am i missing? this is my first time bench testing a pcm. thank you.

Do you know if the Autel IM508 will pull a pin from SKIM Type 2 for an 01+ Neon which is PCI BUS?
Can VIN be rewritten on newer MY vehicles like 14+?
