It would be interesting to open this up to other testing like contaminants on the pants such as oil, greases etc. And how the pants hold up after washes. They may fare equal with new pants but what about after 20/30/40 washes.
Wrangler is always a good jean, and Carhartt has been going downhill in all areas for quality. Wrangler for budget and Ariat for higher end FR are the way to go.
I've heard that FR coatings can fade over time, especially with frequent washing. But it really depends on the quality of the coating and how it's applied
@@WesternWeldingAcademyit’s what makes them FR. It’s regular cotton denim impregnated with starch. You can starch regular jeans for the same effect. Learned that in welding class back in the 80’s

WALMART LEVIs is all you need, 20$ every two months is better than 200$ every three months lol
