Meeting a childhood friend to detail a car like this! Wow. I'd have trouble getting my less than 64" self into that car so can only imagine what it was like for you. Love looking at the reflections in the reveal more than the car itself. I've watched the Yard Geek trailer several times in anticipation of more. You have come so far since you "quit your day job". ❤
I can speak towards the McLaren carpet quality as I’ve done a 720 S and a 570 S the carpet are solid, fluffy enough where that you can vacuum them out, but not to the point where they trapped so much debris that it’s impossible to ever truly get them clean genuinely solid carpeting
Now we're really moving up in the food chain. What a machine.... Nice! These are the types of detailing jobs that make it so fun and enjoyable. It would be great to have more high end exotics in the future. Thanks Mitch. 👌

Dude, can't Believe you got an opportunity to clean a 2023 720s McLaren. That's only 1 of my favorite cars. My Favorite/Dream car is a Porsche 911 or a GTR R35/35R (depending on how it is actually said) twin turbo. I saw 1 picture of it, I instantly fell in love with the GTR R35. Love your videos! Incredible job...it looked good when it came in...but after you were done...WOW !! I notice you don't use any air to dry...any issues with water seeping out of any of the crevices. Great Job !!

Oh my Mitch I’m so jealous you got to detail a super car and Mclaren is one of many favorites. Also just to let you know I have known for some years that Mclaren made a super car called The F1 LM (Lemans) it set off a top speed of 240 MPH.
I'm a huge fan of Mclaren basically for its smooth and aero designs, it's just beautiful in every way yet it still packs a mean punch. My favorite models are the Mclaren P1 and the Mclaren 765LT.
Well Mitch, I must say that this video was quite the shocker today. I have never seen a McLaren on the streets of YQR before, so it's something I will need to watch for. I'm happy to hear that the owner is actually driving his supercar somewhat, and not parking it in a museum-like garage like so many buyers of these types of cars are known to do. I'm guessing that this vehicle will be on display at the 'Labour Day Show N Shine' at Access Comm? It really should be *the* half-time show at Sunday's CFL game! 😁

11:30 Here, where I live, it's mandatory to have a fire extinguisher in your car, but of course, one specifically made for vehicles, which is smaller... I thought it was the case for most countries, but I guess not.
If that's mostly a track car,you expect it to be relatively clean. Also being a two seater solves the random junk in the interior problem,that you have to deal with on regular commuters.
HAHA staring at the Before and After interior carpet images: 8:08 min . . . It is nice to see you occasionally work on a vehicle that has Not been abused, trashed, and filled with garbage! Anyone can make a muddy car or truck look cleaner, but it takes *skill* to make a well-maintained vehicle look great! Thanks for sharing this detailing video of your process!!!

Owner of an ol McLaren MP4-12C......the pressure washing is scary to watch. I've never pressure washed mine. So many sensors and things I'd be scared would pop up after pressure washing it....
Admire your work from here in N Ireland… quick question, other than a leaf blower on occasional engine bay jobs, why do you not use forced air drying especially on higher quality cars to avoid contact drying? Dedicated blower or compressor type machines? Especially when matched with a wet applied sealant? Love the video quality and the new shop space! Please tarmac or concrete the apron outside!!
To this day, I swear, the best invention is a vacuum with a small enough head to reach between the seat and the console and those really tricky areas that make us OCS men nuts!
