Wonderful demonstration! I found that this cutter and the bowl and pusher are very easy to clean up after every time, compared to something like a full-size food processor, and this doesn’t give me any guff or guesswork while cleaning! That said, at the price point, I wish they had included 2 discs, one dedicated to slicing and another for grating in case you wanted even bigger slices and different sized julienned cuts. The current disc is set to 1 mm thin slices and 4 mm thick slices and the grating I think has 2 mm holes and maybe 4 mm holes? If they had two separate discs, one for slicing it could go from 1 mm 3 mm on one side, 6 mm & 10 for a wider range of slices. If the other disc follow the same scheme, but for grated at 1mm - 10 mm then I would probably be using the cutter attachment more often. There are so many times when I wish I had a slightly thicker slicer on my tm6 versus cutting by hand. (for example if I have a bad arthritis day, I do not want to use knife just to drop it on the floor or something worse)
