BLM Camping on BEAS LEWIS FLAT RD, Torrey, Utah. 1.25 miles from Capital Reef NP

Beas Lewis Flat Rd, BLM camping at its best! This is one of our top spots that we have been to!
Located just outside Torrey, Ut, 1.25 miles from the entrance to Capital Reef NP., there are a wide variety of spots suitable for everything from tents to large RV's, we have a 44' Class A with a Goldwing on a Hydralift on the back of the rig, towing a CR-V, and we had no issues. Obviously, go scout the area first. All spots seemed to have a stone fire ring made by previous campers.
*** BE VERY AWARE** There is A LOT of broken glass, NOT EVERYWHERE, but you need to be aware that there is a lot of it, especially if you have little ones or pups. This would NOT prevent us from staying or returning.
