I did my first smash burger yesterday on my new Blackstone. I have to say it was the juiciest burger I have had in a long time. I ALWAYS BBQ my burgers but my husband wanted me to cook them on the Blackstone...best choice ever. I did my bacon first and then the burgers and again...they were amazing. Thank you so much for the video.
This is EPIC! All the best of 2022 in one vid.......it is because of you introducing me to the rosemary/garlic/butter with the steaks that the family drools each time I cook them now. Thank you,Chef Nate
Wow! These all look great! My family will love these! Definitely going to share w my grandsons who love to cook, too! One is 19 and works as a sous chef and loves it, even coming up w his own recipes that the restaurant owner loves. The other is 17 and has fun with cooking, too. We like real food in our family. 🤤😁💥
I’m glad I came upon your channel, I just got a Blackstone a few days ago and so far have made bacon smash burgers and Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. I’ve been looking for videos for recipe ideas but as someone who has been cooking and grilling for decades I was a little frustrated with most of the videos I’ve watched as being too basic and love the fact that you go the extra mile and include sauces and what not. My mouth was watering over those shrimp tacos but unfortunately I received a shellfish allergy for my fiftieth birthday lol but I’m definitely going to make them but substitute fish for the shrimp. You have a new subscriber in me.
The burgers look awesome. I agree with the steak. I do mine on my Pitt Boss and they have been the absolute best. My wife loves the way the come out. But, the tacos and burgers....yeah....
I make Frisco melts with ground chicken patties and we love them more than the beef. I was a "crap I don't have any hamburger" deal that turned out better than expected! Do what you want. :)
Chef Nate… can you share about your round cutting/prep board? Where did you get it? And also the black cutting board you use for the chicken prep… thanks
I don't see myself switching the the griddle for steak. I just have crazy love for a reverse seared steak on my Weber kettle. But that chopped chicken gives me some great sandwich ideas!! And those shrimp tacos look fantastic.
I am going to have to try your burger sauce's and your chicken bites . All the recipes will have to be tried . But for my group the first two fit really good. Thanks and keep them coming.
Can you come up with a burger with blue cheese mixed into the mince ? Local butcher here sells patties like that, great change up ! It is getting more difficult to find beef with enough fat, I’m mixing the ground beef with ground pork, nice combo.
Can someone explain what he meant during the steak when said have one side of the grill hot and the other side off? It seems like he kept the meat in the same cooking zone the entire time?
God I love everything your cooking Nate!!! This video is making me go out and buy a 36" I just want to cook for fun for friends and family and copy your recipes. Loved the 2022 recap too. Keep the videos coming!! Big Fan of you and the others!
This compilation was like Trippin’ without the Luggage. What happened to all the movie references? Thank you for your videos and I look forward to your shows in 2023.
I’ve been using you steak suggestions since I’ve had my bs. My wife had me add rosemary before you put it in your video. We’ve also done your spicy shrimp tacos recipe. I’ve been wanting to try your nugget recipe but haven’t gotten to it. We don’t do a lot of smash burgers but it looks good. But the bacon ranch chicken chopped cheese…. Nah dude. Ps. Three of your recipes that i think should have made the list. Bang bang shrimp. the honey chipotle fried chicken sandwich. People that ‘weren’t hungry’ were asking for more and your salmon and caper sauce was really good.
You had me on the fried chicken in the aluminum pan. I've quit using aluminum years ago because of the link to dementia. Please resurch this. I've use it all my life, but it banned on my house now
Nate, people really doesn't realize that they are the one cooking the recipe! People...... you're the one making it, make it the way you like it! It's not rocket science!!
Cooking can be intimidating at times. Our goal is to encourage and inspire every griddle owner to be the best home cook they possible can-one technique and recipe at a time.
This is well done. Several recipes in a few minutes. some of these blackstone cooks spend way to much time talking about everthing but what they are cooking. Just get to the point.
Guess I have to be the one to tell you. Judging by the way your butter block made a run for the back of your griddle, you need to level that derned thing.
5 best recipes of 2022, and yet they are all 5 Nate’s? Seems like some sort of collusion. While they all look good, surely you are forgetting your better half? And by that, of course I mean Bruce!
Wow, never thought about frying food on the grill…genius!

I can’t wait to make all of these recipes.. especially those chicken nuggets 😍
I stopped grilling steaks years ago and went back to using my cast iron skillets, much better steak......fantastic on a griddle
This is EPIC! All the best of 2022 in one vid.......it is because of you introducing me to the rosemary/garlic/butter with the steaks that the family drools each time I cook them now. Thank you,Chef Nate
Thanks, Rob!!
This is what I do if I cook steak inside but I do reverse sear in cast iron🤤 just bought a Blackstone griddle so now I’m here!

New follower here. My boyfriend and I love cooking and we just got a portable Blackstone so I’m so excited for all the tips and fun tricks to use it!
Great Video...I am learning on my blackstone
Me too!!

My only complaint, is the burgers. I like to put mayo on the buns and toast those first. Its an absolute game changer. Love this channel!
Love this!!!!
12:24 definitely.
Going to try them😊
Fabulous video! Thanks!
Chef Nate… can you share about your round cutting/prep board? Where did you get it? And also the black cutting board you use for the chicken prep… thanks

The shrimp tacos are inspiring. Just got my Blackstone yesterday. Thanks!
Yum!!! All delicious and elevated recipes!!! 😃🤗🧡🧡🧡🧡🖤🧡🧡
The best of the best!
Is there a place to find the exact recipes?
I don't see myself switching the the griddle for steak. I just have crazy love for a reverse seared steak on my Weber kettle. But that chopped chicken gives me some great sandwich ideas!! And those shrimp tacos look fantastic.
What brand knife are you using??
Do you put oil on the griddle and let that burn off before you put the pan of oil to fry the chicken on the griddle?
I am going to have to try your burger sauce's and your chicken bites . All the recipes will have to be tried . But for my group the first two fit really good. Thanks and keep them coming.
Let us know how you like them!
Great Job ! Best Black Stone Chef ! Keep them coming ! If I didn’t have two BS’s already I’d buy another one 😁
The high five cooks of Nate were great cooks for sure.

Just got my first blackstone! Where do I get one of those tee shirts?
Good production. Reminds me of Sam The Cooking guy.
Beautiful steaks. How thick are they?
What is that red colored onion slicer
Did you put the grease in a disposable tin pan, and fry the nuggets on the black stone?
I love it but I still have the original with the front drip trough and as long as it still works I will continue to keep it.
Can someone explain what he meant during the steak when said have one side of the grill hot and the other side off? It seems like he kept the meat in the same cooking zone the entire time?
lol @ taco tues...any day is good taco day.
Any special aluminum pan used ?
Ya need to make a book with all the receipts ya do. I'd buy it
Where can I find written recipes from your videos?
God I love everything your cooking Nate!!! This video is making me go out and buy a 36" I just want to cook for fun for friends and family and copy your recipes. Loved the 2022 recap too. Keep the videos coming!! Big Fan of you and the others!

I’ve done that burger sauce with the adobo and it’s killer. Awesomesauce dude. 🍻
This compilation was like Trippin’ without the Luggage. What happened to all the movie references? Thank you for your videos and I look forward to your shows in 2023.
Yoooo what knife is that at 1:20 ??
ha I have more of a Burger Gut problem then a Burger rut :) But I will have to try that sun dried tomato sauce!
You totally should. The sauce is next-level good!
Just made bacon chicken ranch. Pretty good. Not something i could eat all the time. But good.
Yummy
🙌🙌

You scared of chopped chicken bro 😂
ok I live 45 mins from Vidalia. It's Vi (eye sound)-DALE-YA!
Tacos!!!
Is it really a “Best of” recipes list without tacos? 😎
Mike’s hot honey is excellent. Seasoning my new Black Stone now
Modelo is a tasty beer!
You had me on the fried chicken in the aluminum pan. I've quit using aluminum years ago because of the link to dementia. Please resurch this. I've use it all my life, but it banned on my house now
Cant afford steak anymore, hell, barely afford chicken or pork

Literally no one said anything but good things lol
This is well done. Several recipes in a few minutes. some of these blackstone cooks spend way to much time talking about everthing but what they are cooking. Just get to the point.
Never seen a egg wash for chicken nuggets
There's a first time for everything!
Guess I have to be the one to tell you. Judging by the way your butter block made a run for the back of your griddle, you need to level that derned thing.
You gotta toast the bun my man
Cinderella story
Putting steak on a plate is the opposite of letting it rest
24hr brine for steak and 24 hr soak in buttermilk for chicken......mmmmmm
Lopez Michelle Moore Jessica Hernandez Cynthia
Looks awesome!
But cracking eggs on the side of a bowl?! For shame
Everything is great but I can’t stand shredded lettuce, I want whole pieces, the shredded stuff is always wilted by the time I eat and it’s sickening
So Julia died in 2004, so you are like...60? And could you exchange mayo with cottage cheese in the burger sauces?
Use leaf lard instead of that toxic cooking oil.
Resting is actually not necessary unless you like cold steak.
NOT everyone can eat onions……
You can customize these recipes however you like!
had me up until Vidalia onion 🤮
"a bit" "a little" "a good amount" "a touch" none of these help with making any of this. I need actual measurements and recipes
Do like I do.... Do it to your own taste. Don't have to follow an exact "recipe". Do what works for you.
Season. Taste. Season again.
Heart attack 101

Notice the cook eat repeat emblem on the video. It’s Nate’s 5 best of the year.
This was just Nate''s top 5. Choosing from everyone would be a difficult task!
Who uses gloves like that to cut raw chicken
Aiyee don't use Chicken breast so dry worst part of Chicken use leg or thigh
this guy be acting like sam the cooking guy
Nobody knows who that is 👍🏼
Are you a chef or short order ok?
Hot chicken over crisp cold lettuce 🤮
The mayo makes me sick, You are cancelled.
Nice recipes. Stop cooking in/with aluminum foil, it’s horrible for your health.
We need the veggie recipes we can’t buy meat it’s either fake tainted or to expensive
No such thing as elevating way to much!
We couldn't agree more. Thanks for watching!
