Been using one for 2 years. It’s not an HM Embody equivalent, but where I’m from, for the price, it’s amazing on it’s own right. It’s not too comfy in the sense you can lounge in it, but as an office chair/gaming chair, it’s good. The only downside I see with it is the lack of headrest, but if it’s just for office use, you don’t really need it IMO.

Seems surprisingly capable for the price.
Hopefully even more of these designs arrive so that MillerKnoll is pressured into updating the Embody.
The Embody is close to S-tier, but the arms are too simple, and its lumbar and pelvic support is... lacking.

Yeah I love mine. I wish the arms could just shift back.

I just bought the HM Celle but this looks like it could be a really good chair. Good review too bro 😊

Too bad they raised the prices of their chairs by about 200 dollars.

In the US? I say I agree. Cause for the most part you might be able to get a used/liquidated HM or any other higher end ergonomic office chair.
Thankfully where I’m from It’s not from Autonomous and the price is somewhat affordable for an office chair with adjustable seats, arm height , arm width and height. It’s not the best but depending on where you’re from and who you got it from, it might be a good alternative

@@muhammadarifzahran9539 very few people really enjoy this chair.

@@alexworm1707 I mean if depends on your body and what you have to work with. I’m not asking anyone to get it without trying ya know?
If you have a chance to try em out before purchasing, please do. They work for me. AND sometimes these might be the best some people can get. Not everyone can afford Herman Miller or Steelcase or are nearby liquidation places. If you can get better chairs by all means. Not everyone is as lucky is what I’m saying. The flexibility of the back is great cause I need to move my body after sitting for so long and the spring seats are good for me cause they’re firm but supportive.
I’d take that over standard office chairs where I’m from anyday.

I'm pretty turned off of Autonomous AI as an owner of an ErgoChair Recline. Purchased new around $300 back in 2020 when it was their entry-level budget chair, and truthfully, the build quality, design flaws, and lack of adjustability made it hard to justify paying as much as I did for it compared to certain other chairs now on offer from Amazon. To its credit, the extra-firm seat pad does manage a consistent level of comfort sitting in it 8-12 hours a day working from home, but that level of comfort isn't really anything to write home about.
Now, they still sell the exact same unimproved chair for $600. For a chair made of cheap plastic with a 1-year warranty, 1D adjustable arm rests with top pads tearing apart after two years of service, wobbly arm supports that don't get any tighter, a lumbar support that doesn't stay in place, sagging mesh, no adjustments to recline tension, and for some reason reclining raises the seat so your legs no longer comfortably reach the floor/get pressed up into your desk. Yes, costs went up, but a chair that likely cost $100 to manufacture two years ago didn't suddenly start costing $300 to manufacture.
Autonomous hides behind the inability of their customers to try out and compare competing chairs in person and a comparative lack of good quality comparison and review content for the thousands of chairs on the market. ErgoChair Pro is uncompetitive at $550 when it was at least worth a shot at $400. Maybe this Pro+ is actually worth looking at, but I would expect better arm rests at this price point, and I would have a hard time giving Autonomous another go over $500.

These are rebranded dropshipped chairs from Alibaba.
