Depends where you are to what the cheese is called, here in Australia it would be Tasty Cheese, most countries would called it an aged cheddar, In USA it is available in the Delicatessen in grocery stores as an aged cheddar or as high temp cheese from sausage making suppliers
I just got the same sunbeam pie maker only it makes four pies I have one question does the pie maker has to be hot when you put the pastry in? I think it will be too hot thank you
Yes you warm it up before starting to cook, you want to be fairly quick making the pies and it all works out. I preform the bases, have the filling and lid standing by. once you work out the amount of filling it is really quick.
