Hi Dale I have a question, the wall between masters and loft, can kb make the loft smaller so the room the masters will become bigger?

Hi there! Unfortunately no the builder won't do that. But you can definitely do it after it's purchased shouldn't be too hard.

There are definitely pros and cons to HOAs. They do keep the neighborhoods nice and help keep the value of your home, which is probably why they are so common in Las Vegas. Where do you currently live?
